The Top floor restaurant has to be the restaturant in the Inner City of Copenhagen with the lowest standards for quality of food and service. As a native of the city for most of my life, i should be able to speak with some experience.
We ordered the traditional lunch dish, Steamed Mussles with French Fries and a glass of white wine and water each. Sitting outside in the Sun, on the otherwise nice Terrace, the Wine and water was served to us right away. The place was not busy at all, but after 35 minutes the food had still not arrived.
The wine baking in the sun for all this time, was now more then luke warm and no longer fit to drink. After 40 minutes the food finally arrived, Two plates of dried out sorry looking clams. Worst of all the clams was completely cold. The fries (which was not fries but a small side plate with 7-8 potato wedges) was served hot so obviously the clams had been left out waiting for 20 minutes or more.
I complained but was met with an attitude from the staff, We were certainly not met by any sign of an apology or understanding from the staff. I did manage to get a refund for the food, so we left, and took lunch elsewhere.
Save yourselves a potential or maybe even a probable bad experience, and treat yourself to lunch in one of the many other restaurants and cafes in the area.
