I would say if this is your first time to Copenhagen to stay elsewhere closer to the action. This is a good choice for business travelers. It's a 10-15 minutes walk from central train station. The walk to the center takes about 20 minutes and is a pleasant stroll along the canal. Rooms were modern and fine. Nothing special.

Thank you for your review. Even though we are not located directly in the centre of Copenhagen, it is only 5 minutes by bus or s-train from the hotel to the central station and Tivoli gardens. In all our rooms you will find usefull information about public transportation and bike hire.
Thank you for staying with us - we do hope you will get back to us at your next visit to Copenhagen

Stayed for 6 nights in June in a clean, airy harbour view room. Beds really comfortable (mattresses a bit on the soft bouncy side) with lovely soft individual duvets. Shower and bathroom facilities good. Just lacking a magnifying/shaving mirror. We requested a kettle as the room didn't have one and this was brought up to us with cups, tea, coffee and milk. Don't see what the problem is people had with the narrow bathroom window - it in no way compromises privacy as it's partly frosted. Also the window blinds had a separate blackout lining so were fine, just slightly narrow. Hotel is very near train station and transport here is very good. Only problem we had was the lack of good restaurants nearby as the mall next door has mainly fast food outlets.. Hotel restaurant food good but the menu could do with being more varied. Harbour swimming bath next door which my husband swam in and enjoyed. Overall had an enjoyable stay. Would recommend getting out of the city by train to Helsingor (plus maybe ferry to Sweden as we did) or to Roskilde and the viking boat museum - both were great days out.

Room Tip: Harbour view superior rooms have much better view.

Thank you very much for all your positive comments, especially on the hotel room. We are very glad that you chose us as your hotel in Copenhagen. Our reception will gladly help you to book a table in a restaurant. It seems that you both had a good time in Copenhagen and even tried the harbour swimming bath.
We are looking forward to seeing you againg.

I was there 3 days ago-from 7th to 11th of June.My room was on the first floor, looking to the water,I have a very sweet balcony too.The room was perfectly cleaned;I had enough towels and toiletries/changed everyday!/.
The breakfast was the same every morning, but it was with good quality and fresh. And most of all I appreciate the staff at the front desk-very polite and helpful.I have a problems with my travel pass and a young men-named Jacob- was very helpful and settled everything for me.All of them answered every question I had.Very good service!

Room Tip: rooms looking to the water.

That is the high points of the hotel. The oddly laid out hotel has stairs up and down to get from one point to the other ( ie street to lobby up, lobby to first floor up, lobby to breakfast area, down down down. Bed is really weird; soft and lumpy in the middle with two accessible plugs near the desk but unless you unplug room lights or put something in the bathroom, you might be hard pressed to charge more than a device or two. Room has no safe so lock up your stuff. If you a lucky enough to get a non-mall view, the harbor is actually quite lovely and opening a window shows some rooms with a balcony and most do not. There are panel blackout curtains to help with the summer light but it doesn't quite cover the openings so light will stream in late/early. Think sunsets around 22h and sun up at 3-4am. The room gets warm and cold hourly and the room while quite functional lacks the decor and comfort of anything more than a 3 star hotel. A decent breakfast spread but day to day not much variety. Don't expect service during breakfast, there is none. I asked a serve for cream and waited for 10 min and then just borrowed some from the table next to me. Cute female front desk reps that are quite friendly but the hotel itself does have some challenges in that they don't really cater well to make the stay feel comfortable. A credit card surcharge may be added to your room and good luck finding a store for quick items nearby, other than a mall next door, there aren't really any shops for water or other items that are not hotel priced. I will say they do have lighting fast internet part of the time that unfortunately will fluctuate often. Aesthetically, the hotel is modern decorated.

We carried our heavy bags up a big flight of stairs just to get into the lobby of the hotel from the street. We had booked a " triple" which turned out to be a double room with 2 twin beds and a twin pull-out. We had only two towels until we complained and received just one more. There was no kettle in the room so we couldn't boil water to make tea or instant coffee. There was no safe in the room so we had to deliver our valuables to the desk clerk in the lobby every day. The beds were very soft and the pillow ( just one each) was lumpy and too firm. The sunlight streamed into the room each day because the room-darkening curtains didn't cover the windows adequately. Do you know how early the sun rises in Copenhagen in the summer months? And how late it sets? The hotel is not centrally located so we did a lot of walking to tour the parks, the castles and churches on the other side of the city. ( The hotel is handy to the Number 6 train, the train station and the mall, if that is of interest to you.) If you pay with a credit card, they may also charge a surcharge so beware!

We are very sorry that we were not able to live up to your expectations. We offer kettles in all our executive rooms and junior suites. We do not have safe boxes in the rooms, but in the reception. It is our mistake that we forgot to bring extra towels to a room for 3 persons. We are very sorry about that.
Our hotel is located a little outside the centre of Copenhagen. Walking distance to the Central Station is app. 20 min. or 5 minutes by bus or taxi. You can rent bikes if you want to get around Copenhagen in an easy way. It is also possible to catch a bus very close to the hotel.
We hope to live up to your expectations for any future visit.

This hotel is first rate. Our room has a view of the harbour. It is well appointed and more than met our needs. We had breakfast at the hotel. The going rate everywhere seems to be 150 DK. The quality here far exceeded our experience elsewhere in Copenhagen.

The assistance of staff on the service desk is what really earns this hotel top marks. We had a personal issue crop up and the people on the desk helped us resolve our issue without our even asking for help. They were kind and considerate of us in a difficult situation. We thank you!!

The hotel is in a newly developed area. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. Walk along the water to Hans Christian Anderson Blvd rather than along the road. There are passable restaurants in a food court setting in the Mall right next door.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the water side.

Thank you for staying here when you are in Copenhagen and thank you very much for giving us a high score on Tripadvisor. We are very glad that you are a regular guest at our hotel. We also recommend rooms with harbour view!
For you and other travellers information, there is s-train from Dybbølsbro, and bus stop a few meters from the hotel. During summmer time a hop-on-hop of boat will take you from the hotel to the city center, just ask at front desk and they will be happy to guide you.
We look forward to welcoming you back!
