“Good Place for a Long Stay”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

Adina is a little bit of the beaten path so I wouldn't say it's a good place for tourists per se but if you're planning a longer stay in the city, it's close enough to the train station and has great kitchen facilities in each room. The decor was trendy, rooms clean, and beds comfortable. I'd stay there again.

The arrival was painful. Landed early morning in Copenhagen and knew (the hotel told me already) that I might have to wait when I arrive for somebody to check out in the morning after the song festival in Copenhagen. I took the bus from the airport instead of tram or airport train, all end at the same station, from where you take 1 station with the S-train. From there it's a short walk, maybe 10 minutes.
Once you arrive efficiency starts. The room is perfectly designed and equipped, including small dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, cutting board, knives, colander, can opener, cork screw etc. behind a hidden door in the bathroom is the washer and a dryer on top. In the bedroom an ironing board and iron. I have moved often in my life and lived here for 6 months, there for 12 months. I had to equip many apartments and houses and I love to cook, I wish I would have had the pleasure to just find such a perfect apartment in each location. Bravo!
There is no free internet in the room, which is probably a good thing, now that I think about it. Internet in the lobby, should I say extended living room, is free and BLAZING fast. Living in Africa currently I saved downloading a much needed copy of my operating system for the summer vacation at home in Europe. At the same time there was a 200+ MB update waiting on my iPad, since weeks.
When I checked yesterday it was done. That's when I started getting interested in the speed. I started downloading my 5.3 GB OS installation file, that's 5300 MB, and it finished after maybe 10 minutes. That's almost 10 MB/second. I was impressed!

Out of town a bit but still I like the location as in the trendy harbour/docklands area & you can walk along the waterfront to the centre in maybe 45 minutes. Pleasant modern apartments building with nice central atrium & friendly staff. No problem moving room from the noisy train track & main road side to the central atrium.

Room Tip: Central inward looking rooms better than noisy rooms by train tracks

Ideal if you have a family, 2bedroom apts have adjoining rooms with large seating area 2 bathrooms, one with walk in shower, other with bath.
Receptionist girl (laeke? Apologies on spelling) was doing a superb job, very kindly processed a refund despite people coming asking questions from all angles, and yet kept smiling to all.. Good job.
Location.. 20 mins walk to nyhavn 5 mins to osterport station (direct to centre, airport and carlsberg brewery!!) and close to little mermaid. hotel has bikes to hire so best to cycle(if it stops raining).
Because of location not ideal for a short cph break but perfect if ur planning to tour further.

i have been in adina apartment hotel at the begin of may, i must tell the building is new or look like, the standard room are spacious clean and comfortable, there is a little kitchen with microwave and coffe machine, it takes about 10 minutes walking to the closest train station wich allow you to go anywhere and at one train stop to the city center. the hotel is near to one of the most famous monument in copenhagen, the mermaid. walking along the sea from the hotel to the city center you have the opportunity to visit a lot of attraction as the marble church, the playhouse and the street end to the old port. it worth to try it once. breackfast is complete, well cooked and different kind of food. on ground floor next to the hotel entrance there is a market where you can buy supplies if you wish to cook some food in your room to save some money, i really have nothing to complain about this hotel, i can talk just good about it.

Hotel has great facilities including a gym and pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful. The only issue is the location, it is about a 10 minute walk from the nearest station and there are few restaurants in the area. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel but this was not open for our 2 day stay. There is a great little bakery around the corner when you can get wonderful bread, sandwiches, juices and cakes. Would recommend that you hire a bicycle which allows the hotel to be much more accessible and you can save a lot of money on public transport and taxis.

I would definately recommend Adina to stay at for your trip.
LOCATION- Easy 10-15mins bus ride to city centre (clean and regular) so it is not a problem at all. The train station is also a 10 minute walk so is easy to get to from the airport.
ROOM- Lovely rooms, have everything you need (but bring your own hair dryer). Best part is the fridge, so you can buy your own breakfast and lunch from the supermarket right by you,and save money as Copenhagen isnt cheap! There is also a pool, jacuzzi and sauna!
