I have been several times to Le Sommelier. It is one of my favorite restaurants. The wine card, the service, and the food is in my opinion superior to what you have to pay for it. The place looks very elegant, with the bar receiving you in the entrance, with high seelings distributed with different rooms. Flavors are rich and very well balanced presented in a nice visual way. We had a 4 course menu, and SImon the Sommelier recommended an extra plate (foe grass with a red wine sauce). We had Scallops, and Guinea Fowl finishing with a nice chocolate dessert. All plates were combined with very tasty and fresh vegetables and sauce. For wine, we had 4 different wines all recommended by the Sommelier to match all courses. All in all, one of the best options for good dinning in Copenhagen in a medium high priced restaurant.
