Full disclosure -- we did not eat here. The restaurant has a set menu for 200 DKK where you choose (from a choice of two items in each course) a starter, pasta, and main (or starter, pasta and dessert). This establishment charges a 2 to 7 % fee or use of foreign credit cards. We were told in Tony's that this charge is Danish law and that all restaurants charge it. But this is not the case. We found an alternate Italian restaurant on Nyhavn that did not have this surcharge.
