We have been on foodie walking tours around the world and this is one of the best! Fia took us off the tourist trail to sample a fabulous selection of food and drink showcasing why Copenhagen is the food capital of the world. We were greeted at each destination with the wonderfull aroma of the taste experience awaiting us and the the 4 hours just flew by. As we meandered through character filled streets, Fia’s knowledge and passion for culinary experiences was really evident. We wanted to finish our trip with a dinner at a fish restaurant specialising in local produce. Fia booked us into one close to our apartment and it lived up to all expectations!

We were full at the end of our tour, didn’t even need to eat dinner! We were in a group of 8, all enjoyed our tour guide, Fie, and our very full day of touring the city and trying new foods and drinks. Our stops were varied, the pace was reasonable, and we saw and learned about lots of areas of the city. Among the stops were a traditional open faced sandwich, with both herring and meatball, ( several of us were surprised that we liked the herring), the most delicious and delicate flaky danish (NOTHING like Danish in the US). Cheese in a market area, cider, beer and organic salads, one dish comfort food, and a sweet to end, either wonderful chocolate and meringue creations, or homemade ice cream. Along the way we toured a cemetery, explored several neighborhoods, learned some history, talked about education and social services, and got to know our lovely guide.
One person in our tour group was gluten and lactose sensitive, she had special selections at every stop! That was done smoothly and apparently her food was also excellent.

Wonderful experience! This tour gave is the opportunity to not only taste a variety of local yummy cuisines but we got out of the tourist area and wandered through other neighborhoods we may have never discovered. Our guide, Fie, was informative and delightful...always smiling and very engaging with the group! You could tell she was very proud of her country and also a deep down foodie at heart. I would highly recommend this your as it will take you off the beaten path!

Today we took a culinary tour of Copenhagen hosted by Foods of Copenhagen with Stine! I have done several food tours in several different cities and this one was one of the best! Stine was a thoughtful and knowledgeable host. I enjoyed all of our stops and tried food that I have never tried before including pickled herring (which was pretty good)! Thanks to Stine and Foods of Copenhagen for a great tour!

Best food tour I've done. We tried a wide range of food and drink, all in local places that didn't have any sort of touristy feel. The food was incredible and the size of the group (4 total) made it feel like a couple friends hanging out.

The guide, Cindi (hope I spelled it correctly) was passionate about the food scene and had a ton of information to share. She gave me tips on where to go the next day, which were equally as good. Highly recommend.
