We were here in 2011. It was off season and we had the place to our selves. Ann was extremely helpful. She told us a lot of great places to go in the area, and every morning she left us a home made goodie in the fridge... Her coconut and cream pie is absolutely to die for!
The vandrarhem is very clean, well located and has a good feel to it. There is a nice fireplace and Ann gave us a great supply of wood which we gratefully used. There are games, books and magazines and free Wifi.
We would love to stay here again someday.

I went with my kids because I was in need for coffee and they were in need for food. We arrived an hour earlier than Klåveröds Vandrarhem och Café actually opens (we did not know that). In spite of the fact that the personnel had just arrived we were offered service. It was perfect that we didn't have to get back in the car since I have young kids and when they get hungry it is sometimes close to disaster ;-).
Klåveröds Vandrarhem och Café serves a few sandwiches of good size, content and price, and the bread is lovely homebaked from sourdough. It is possible to sit either inside or outside. From the having kids point-of-view both worked well since there were some toys inside and green grass outside - that you could overlook from the drinking coffee point-of-view. As I remember one warm meal was offered, cheese-pie on a well-known tasty swedish cheese. Same as in the case of the sandwiches - no worries if you wish vegetarian meals. The hostel and café looks all fresh and you have an open view into the kitchen in an inviting way. They also serve a few cakes, and espresso if you prefer that from the swedish coffe-style. This is how I wish for a coffeplace to be.

This historic farm was newly renovated end turned into a hotel/hostel. Located in a natural reserve it is an ideal place for excursions and a tranquil retreat. Good service. Fantastic home baked bread. Don't miss a day trip canoeing down the Rönne river. Go slowly with the flow, with a few rapids.

Room Tip: Stayed in a two bedroom

Room Tip: Der er skov hele vejen rundt, så det er ikke udsigten der skal gøre udslaget; men fx beliggehed i forhold til wc, køkken etc.
