Absolutely great breakfast ! Ideal location from the train station and the bus terminal. Copenhagen is just some 40 mins by bus and train. Ideally take the bus. The hotel is a bit old, but everything is well maintained. Its silent, clean, with nice bathrooms, no fridge, otherwise, its a ideal hotel for the rate it offers. If on a long stay in Copenhagen like what we did, its better to set camp in Malmo and travel to Copenhagen, considering the cost diff. The super market is 20 mins walking distance. The sea front is just round the corner. The Malmo rail station, is worth a look. And the twisted building if you have time.

Room Tip: We stayed at the top floor, since its facing the road, its better to move up. The windows are modern, hence am sure even the lower floors are silent. Book through booking.com

First impression : easy to locate ! Easy parking ,free in the week-ends .The staff welkomming as expected . We had a room with two extra beds , theese were not comfortable , but after asking for an extra matress, the kids did not complain ! Everything essential within walking distance .Breakfast was served in the hotell , and was good. Some street-noise during the night , but the windows were well sound-proof. . Our room, no. 202, was quite big , even with two extra beds , there was space enough..The main beds had exelent matresses.

Room Tip: Our room, no. 202, fronted a big parking , so some noise .

Spent the last night in Malmo before going over to Kastrup airport to catch the flight home to Toronto. Drop off rental car - walk to hotel 2 min. The following morning the walk to the station was 5 min for the train to Kastrup, leaving every 20 min.

Room Tip: Rooms are large for European standard.

A simple hotel - not easy to find! The rooms are okey but the over all standard feels a bit ruff - more like an old highway motel in a remote area. The best thing about this place is the wonderful women who works at the breakfast room.

First Hotel Jorgen Kock is not a place to visit with family or friends. The service is poor, the standard is low, the food i terrible and the general understanding of family needs are non-existant.
