This hotel is billed as 'cutting-edge' and 'in-the-center-of-everything' when in actuality it's on the Swedish equivalent of Riker's Island. I found the hotel isolated, the service mediocre, the gym minuscule and the internet service AWFUL. While my room was nice and airy, it was located on the ground floor and I felt very exposed to people passing by and could hear every conversation as if they were in the room with me. The restaurant at the hotel was decent, but nothing to write home about. If I were to visit Stockholm again, I would stay at The Grand or KAK as they are located closer to the center of things and you don't have to walk for 15 minutes to get off the bloody island.
If you're looking for a 'resort' experience in the center of Stockholm, this is the place for you. If however you want easy access to restaurants, cafes, museums, or the sites of Stockholm I would recommend a hotel closer to the harbor.More
