I stayed at this hotel while doing interviews for my master thesis. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. When I had forgotten to print some documents there was no problem getting them printed in the reception.

The room was nice and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. The TV was flickering a bit, but I did not watch it to much anyway. There were training and leisure facilities available which I checked out but did not make use of. The breakfast was good but not anything special.

The hotel was located close to public transport making it easy to get around the city. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and there were both a shop, a 7-eleven and a fast food restaurant close by. It was no problem getting what I needed for my stay.

I would definitely consider this hotel for a later stay, either for business or holiday.

We had a wonderful experience here. The room was bright, quite large and met all our needs, although a fridge and some drawer space would've been useful. The breakfast buffet had lots to chose from, both hot and cold. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful when we asked for directions and help with public transit. Their English was excellent. We had a wonderful view of the area from the big window in our room, and enjoyed walking along the canal. The only drawback is that it requires a ride on a tram and subway to get into the old part of the city but it was a very short walk to the tram and they run frequently. Another option is to take a ferry - very pretty. There were only a couple of nice places to eat nearby and they were pretty pricey but so are most places in Stockholm. We did not try the dining room at the Park Inn. My friend and I would highly recommend Park Inn.

Room Tip: Higher floors have a better view

This hotel is in a good location for events at Globen-arena. Its about 25 minutes walk from there, and quite easy to find. The staff was very friendly and spoke fluent english (one also Finnish). Hotel restaurant was good, the portions were big. Best part was the morning buffee which was great!

Rooms were big and clean, but unfortunately we had probably the worst room in the hotel. If you look above the restaurant's toilets you see a window - yes, there is a room! So instead of nice views over the Stockholm city (that would have been nice, since it was our first time in the city), we got a view to the restaurant. We didn't complain about it, cause we spent the hole time of our visit in Globen, but it should have been cheaper than "normal" rooms.

Stayed here in Septerber and travelled with friends.

Have just returned from 3 nights at this hotel where I stayed whilst attending an event at Globen Arena.
Hotel was perfect for our needs...clean, helpful staff, welcoming, great breakfast, free wifi, decent quality and fairly priced evening meals and really easy to reach via the city's public transport links. Rooms weren't massive, but perfectly ok for 2 people and the beds were comfortable.
Would happily stay here again

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood outside of downtown Stockholm (located via closeby Tram with connecting subway transit). The property has a small lobby with adjacent restaurant serving "average" food. There is a good restaurant about one block away. The rooms were nice, comfortable and quiet. There was a gym on the top floor with a nice view. So if you are not in a tour group, the hotel does not offer any extraordinary amenities and is not close to any of the main Stockholm attractions. Its just an average "nice" hotel.
