I've been staying here every month for the last 18 months. I've never had a bad stay. Rooms are fine. Wifi good. Restaurant good. But the main point is the staff. They are excellent, always helpful, always pleasant and super service.

We stayed 4 nights in October 2013. The thing, that has influenced our stay in a great way is the most friendly & proffessional front desk staff. The hotel in nice, modern and the view from the upper floors is great.
We really liked the sauna and gym on the top floor.
Breakfast is good enough for a city hotel and it is easy to get to the city centre with the public transport.
Great value for money if you decide to visit the Stockolm city.
This hotel is far form the city center, however, price were still quite expensive for this type of hotel. I found it very cold and not well decorated. My first room had a awful smell, I've been given another one. Rooms are quite big, very minimum furniture, not high quality, I didn't felt comfortable and was happy to be there only one night. Bathroom is clean but again, very cold ambiance. Breakfast is good, large choice of breads, cheese, and warm stuff. Not my best experience, just average.
Breakfast varied, fresh and tasty. This sums up everything.
Dinner/Restaurant - Staff are lovely and helpful. Menu is typical of a restaurant and most of the items are of very good quality and taste. At times they go extra length to accommodate your needs outside the menu. Service is quick and staff are willing to welcome you with a smile. Do not know who the cook is but who so ever he/she must be one of the top ones.
Gym and view from the top of the hotel is simply outstanding. At times you can just go there and relax. Hotel rooms are practical with the best thing being the big transparent windows, excellent bed and shower. Everything you can think of has been provided in the room - electric kettle, iron and iron stand, wall mounted TV etc. From the room you can get excellent views
Checkout/in is quick and fast, what business travellers will expect.
Overall staff are helpful, willing to go that extra mile and accommodating.
I have been staying in various hotels worldwide but have not found till date a hotel which ticks almost all boxes.
I have spent three nights in this hotel and, once been there, I'm not sure if I would recommend it or not.
Before going to the hotel we have sent an email asking for a good room and they confirm us a top floor room with views, but when we arrived to the hotel they gave us a room on the first floor with views to the restaurant... all the people from the restaurant could see our room, I have never seen a room like this. And the airco didn't work because it doesn't matter what temperature we select, it always works with cold air, during all night. Also the bathroom flooded every time you showered.
The room is not bad, it's basic but average.
You can go to the city centre by tram + subway and it takes around 30min to go to Central Station, you can also go walking in around 1 hour. The hotel is located in a charm neigborhood and you have a burguer, kebab, thai food, japaneses restaurants and difeents supermarkets to get some food.
The first morning we went to take breakfast and it takes aroud 10 minutes to get a table, it was crowded! And when we get the table there were not food enough for all the people there, the coffee machine was broken,...
It's a new and modern hotel style but, in my opinion, there are few things to improve in.
If you are going to Arlanda airport it worths to take the airport cab directly in the hotel reception, depending the day it's cheaper than the Arlanda Express.
Arriving into Stockholm late Friday night it was refreshing to be welcomed by such a kind friendly gentleman called Brent. The check in was efficient and helpful informing us of great local attractions which we could visit using the hotels bikes (which we loved!) Our room was colourful, clean and fresh. There is a sauna and gym area located on the 15th floor which has great views over the ski mountain and city of Stockholm perfect for reading a book in the afternoon after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was also included in our rate which again was amazing as you have many options to choose from in particular we enjoyed the wide selection of yogurts and fruits. Working in the travel industry myself this hotel was like a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my clients visiting Stockholm.
