The hotel is tidy and well situated - five minutes from a metro station, just three stops from the very center of the city.
There is still room for improvement, though. Hot milk and omlette at breakfast, hooks for clothes in the bathroom and more colors in the room would add comfort. It would be great to have money exchange service at the receiption, also.

Thank you for taking the time here on TripAdvisor.
Feedback is important to us and we always go through all the comments we receive.
We want to offer an attractive price, is why our breakfast of a simpler kind without omelette, but of course it should be fresh and fine ingredients!
Because there are several exchange offices in the surrounding area, have we chosen to not have it at the hotel.
Looking forward to welcoming you back to Connect Hotels again soon.

Although the hotel is far from downtown, the ratio quality/price is ok. The rooms are a bit small, but it's often the case in Scandinavia ! Very convenient if you have to go to the trade center near. Small choice of rom service, and the breakfast could be a bit improved ...

A friend who lives in Stockholm found this hotel for us. It's a good bit out of town, but the nearby train station makes it really easy to get back and forth to town and to the Arlanda airport, which is a straight shot both ways.

The rooms are small, as you'd probably expect. Really small. Barely room to stow a couple of suitcases. The bathroom and shower are tiny, as well, but reasonably clean and functional. Plenty of hot water. WiFi worked well. Our room was at the end of the hall overlooking the street, and it was summer, so there was a fair amount of street noise. I had to crank up the volume on the white noise phone app, but it worked. Bed was comfortable, no issues there.

The breakfast is quite nice. Continental with boiled eggs and lots of choices.

It's about a ten minute hike to the train station, but not bad at all. The hotel is not visible from the station, so it wasn't that easy to find. But ask the ticket agent at the train station and you'll get good directions.

There are a couple of decent restaurants close by and a grocery store very close to the hotel.

Room Tip: If you can, you'd benefit from a room away from the end of the hall that opens to the parking ga...

I spent a few nights at this hotel in July. The hotel is located in the center. It's near the Metro Station Fridhemsplan, which is a buzzy area with lots of restaurants and shops around.

The reception staff were very friendly. The complementary breakfast was superb. I normally love having brunch/breakfast at a nice eatery in Stockholm, but with the excellent breakfast on offer at the hotel I didn't need to venture out.

The only cons were the extremely small windowless single room I stayed in. I normally don't suffer from claustrophobia, but I did have a problem breathing during 2 nights. The room itself was clean and modern.

The other con was the lack of free Wi-Fi. There were computers in the reception area that you could use, but they were always occupied.

Room Tip: If you suffer from claustrophobia, don't pick the single room.

This was a nice hotel in Stockholm. It was conveniently located, only about five minutes from the Metro station. The rooms were smaller, but adequate and very clean.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Due to a schedule "emergency" we arrived a day earlier than planned and were given an interior room with no windows. It was cool and quiet and my wife liked it, but I'm a little too claustrophobic for that kind of room. When we were moved to a regular room - with windows - it was better.

My only real complaint was the pay WiFi. In four cities on our recent trip - Copenhagen, Stockholm, St. Petersburg and Oslo - this was the only hotel without free WiFi. And the other hotels allowed 2 or 3 devices. I think that free WiFi, like breakfast, should be the standard in this class of European hotel.

Also, if you just can't do without American sports while you are in Sweden, there is a Boston Irish pub across the street featuring Patriot, Celtic and Red Sox memorabilia.

Room Tip: Don't get one of the windowless, interior rooms.

Free shuttle bus to the airport. Ibis hotel is actually closer to the airport.
Comfortable small room for an overnight stay. Shuttle bus leaves every 30 min, but must booked with the receptionist first. I like the bar in the lobby. The kitchen closes at 10 pm, pricy.
Free breakfast is decent, nothing hot.
