I have been in many Radisson in my life but so far this is the best one. It's modern, stylish, and in the best location of all Stockholm, specially if you are there as base and you have to take trains to move to other places. The harbor view is amazing... but the most important thing of all: the people who works there is by far the most caring people, friendly and they do everything to let you feel at home... simply Great !!!

Room Tip: Top floors harbor view are the best

Top of the range stuff here, well trained staff that deal in the art of etiquette & manners with an okay, Continental style, breakfast, which is not included in the rooms asking price. I arrived and parked the motorbike outside (where else would one put it?) and checked-in and informed check-in that the bike was outside, informing Security, I presume, things would be fine.

By the end of the one-night-stay the bike had become something of an enigma and caused quite a stir amongst the staff "...everyone's talking about it...the bike with all the stickers...who does it belong to? Where has it come from? It may have to be removed...".

Simply a communication breakdown and all was settled and remedied toward the end of the stay, so, if one arrives by 'bike, make sure and double-check, that (all) the staff know & understand that the bike is not just "dumped" but part of the residents' night stay. Told it wasn't in the way and that is was not causing any trouble, too.

The hotel here is a stones-throw from the City centre and close to some great restaurants, shops and cinema's.

Great service, real Yes, we can-attitude! For a business hotel, this kinda service was very unexpected.

Stayed two nights with CC gold 2-1 rate. I had some prearrival requests as we were traveling with baby. Everything were taken care of promptly. "They were expecting us" :)
Amazing and smiling service everytime we interacted with front desk!

Nice location right next to bus and railway stations. Property is quite modern and clean. Room was standard room on 14th floor with water view which was okay. Anyway you see lots of the roof of the congress building. Even the standard room was actually failry large for European hotel. Shower flooded pretty much the whole bathroom floor, which was annoying.

Only larger downside of our stay was that Rbg restaurant had this summer menu, which had about two choices for entré, had burgers which were pretty bland. We took desserts to room via roomservice and that was taken care of nicely.
Breakfast was suberb! Excellent selection and everything was fresh and nice.

Room Tip: Go as high as possible for a decent view.

We stayed her pre cruise and what a gem! Easy train ride from airport, super easy!, and central to many sights. Internet and breakfast was included, perfect way to start our holiday! Front desk helped us with where to go and what to see, bar was friendly.

Room Tip: we had a great water view

I stay one for business. The only I remember so far is they didn't wash the toilet. I'm a member with radisson blue. But now they totally destroy the image of them.
Well, hotel is at central location. Staffs are doing their jobs. Breakfast is like average.
This is quite expensive hotel and four star, however, the services are not matches.
I would not recommend this hotel

We selected this particular R Blu over the others in Stockholm because of the easy access to the Central Station and it was perfect for nearly all our needs.
The room was a large size with all facilities you would need including functioning air conditioning which we actually needed as we visited during a rare heatwave.
The breakfast was excellent and if you could eat enough at 8am you wouldn't need anything substantial before the evening.
We had only two minor niggles : the in room tea and coffee making is fine if the supplies of coffee and milk are delivered every day - ours was very erratic. The other one is the breakfast bag provided for guests leaving early. Surprisingly, breakfast service does not start until 6.30 so if you are catching a morning flight from Arlanda you are going to miss out. The bag provided contained a yoghurt drink, a smoked ham sandwich, an apple and a mango smoothie (YUK).
If you are leaving early make your reservation for your last night room only, save yourself £20 and spend it at the good snack bars in the departure lounges.
Apart from these two minor points this was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Room Tip: Higher floors ( 9 plus) have a better view.
