Stayed here as a part of a trip across Scandinavia for 2 nights. The hotel is a great location, minutes away from Centrum station and great for accessing anywhere in Stockholm.

I emailed in advance to ask a few questions and to let the hotel know it was a birthday/anniversary celebration and if we could have a room with a view. The emailed us back and said no problem. When we arrived the check in was very friendly and quick. The room was great, could have not had a better view. On floor 10 with floor to window glass looking out over the city and river.

The room itself was modern and clean. As a special treat they had left us some fruit and chocolate. Nice power shower, a little on the small side but perfectly functional. Beds comfortable and standard Scandinavian set up of 2 separate duvets. Wifi worked perfectly.

Room service was very reasonably priced, we recommend the burgers as they serve them as raw as you like! Delicious.

We paid around £250 for 2 nights which we felt was great value and would stay again when visiting Stockholm.

Room Tip: upgrade to business deal for some nice extra perks.

I can't stand it when a hotel charges you a tray fee to send up room service. it's a cheap money making trick. this will be my last visit to this hotel chain. i am writing this review with 4 more nights of stay but I'll be checking out in the morning..

Stayed here for a total of six nights over the Christmas/New Years season. The room was clean, tidy, functional, and comfortable. What made the difference was the customer service - it was simply outstanding. Staff were friendly, we were given a new room very quickly when the heating failed in ours, they cheerfully kept our luggage for five days when we went to Copenhagen, etc. It is absolutely worth paying for the big breakfast - it has a great range of foods, and at the exchange then of Cdn $20 absolutely fantastic value for money - tidied us over to dinner. Really good location for transportation to and from the airport, and for the train station. Pretty standard restaurant for dinner - there are lots of other options in the area. Good walking distance to most sights, and to the central shopping area. Would cheerfully stay there again.

Room Tip: The business class rooms look east over the old town - so if you have that option they are worth tak...

The Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel has a very convenient location, on walking distance from the city centre and its main attractions. There's also a lot of places around to eat, although maybe not always the best or most memorable ones in town. Anyhow: I have stayed at Radisson Blu Hotels before, and I have to admit that this one was the least memorable. Rooms were clean, quiet and decent, with a pretty nice view from the window, but then: they were also very business-like and impersonal. Good wifi signal throughout the room and the hotel.
But: before leaving, we wanted to have a quick bite in the bar, and the waiter only noticed us literally 10 minutes later (and we did try to catch his attention), which unfortunately was too late for us. On the good note, that made us notice that there were free cookies and drinks at the reception desk :-).

Facilities, service and food were of high quality. This is especially important for hotel guests who are on business related stay - they should feel comfortable and relaxed while in the hotel. The breakfast and food room service were of exceptional quality. I would recommend more variety in the room service list of foods available.

The most affordable hotel in Stockholm. They park your car for you, they let you keep your romm until afternoon if you want to. Fantastic friendly staff both at check in and restaurant. New, clean, tidy, tasteful. It relaxes the soul. They live up to its slogan: Yes We Can! It´s true.
