A lovely, comfortable hotel. Great services with friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant location for exploring Stockholm (it's in the posh end of town) and right on the edge of a park. Nice and quiet and a great night's sleep.

Hotel has a great location, just outside of the main happening area. City center and old town are within walking distance. Take the boat tour and that's probably all the transportation you will need to take as a tourist. Rooms are very nice and clean, we didn’t miss anything. Hotel staff is professional and truly helpful. We would give it an excellent score, but breakfast service was a bit of a letdown, especially on our first day. It felt like a school cafeteria, lacked some management and some clean tableware. Adjoining restaurant and pub are still a level away to match level of the hotel main services, and also nearby competitors.

We stayed here for a week. The hotel is pricey, but less than many, and it was worth the money (Stockholm is expensive). I booked a room with one king bed (instead of two queen beds) by mistake, but they were happy to accommodate us with a small additional bed. The room was spotless, spacious, and very, very clean. It was also quiet, which we appreciated. Breakfast was served in the Miss Vong restaurant, and my only problem with it is that it was very dark-I prefer more light in the morning. But other than that, breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with marinated salmon, cheese, breads, pastries, cereals, and pretty much anything you might consider eating in the morning (except pancakes). I don't drink, but if you do you will appreciate their nightly offer of brandy.
The hotel is within walking distance of most attractions. Gamla Stan is a 15-20 minutes walk, a very pleasant walk. Restaurants and excellent window shopping (or actual shopping, if you so choose) are close by.
The only, minor (for us) downsides: the bathroom looks cool, but the shower glass will let through a bunch of water. And the elevator is tiny. My mother and I are small women, and we'd fit in well. With two more normal-sized people, we were really snug. I cannot imagine a wheelchair fitting in this elevator, so if you need to use one you might want to contact the property and ask.

Room Tip: I asked for a quiet room, and got one on the 6th floor. I suspect that the lower floors might get no...

We stayed for three nights in this hotel. Nicely appointed, good location, opposite a park. 20 mins walk to old town, 15 mins to Djurgarden, 3 mins to Stureplan and the shops. Near to some really good restaurants, shops and bars. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a fair choice of items. Rooms were well equipped , though I missed tea making facilities but everything else was there including an iron. We were given a choice of a room with shower or bath. Would certainly go back

Room Tip: We had a room at the back of the hotel. It was really quiet

Stayed here last week and thought the location was perfect - walking distance to most attractions, opposite a lovely park and far enough away from the nightlife to get a peaceful nights sleep. Bed was super comfy. Brandy and chocs each night was a nice touch, though we would probably have been happier to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed end of July /beginning of Aug and were a little disappointed to find their restaurant Miss Voon closed and the English pub closed at 10pm each evening. Staff in the pub told us this was because it was "the low season". Think this should have been drawn to our attention on the website although it may be the same at other hotels at this time of year.
Food in the pub was very good and not too expensive given that prices generally in Stockholm are extremely high. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, juice, freshly baked bread, cold meats, cheeses and hot food on offer. Our room overlooked the park and we had a great afternoon watching the antics of Stockholm Gay Pride march go past on saturday and the mounted Royal Guard on Sunday. All in all a super place to stay.

Spend 3 nights here in July. We chose the hotel because of the location close to the city centre and shoppingstreets. You can walk to the old town, if you don't mind strolling the streets for 20-25 minutes. it's not too far.

There is also a subway station nearby which takes you all over the city.

Stockholm is relatively compact, so most attractions, streets, markets, old town etc are within walking distance.

The hotel is quite new. Rooms look good, nice bathrooms, but the shower only has a small glass door to protect against all the water splash. Didn't really work, and the floor got pretty wet afterwards. It looks nice, but didn't have much function.

Breakfast was decent, with all the usual options, eggs, sausages, bacon, cereals, fruits, salads, pastry etc.

All in all a good stay. Got a good rate for the room, and will stay here during my next visit as well.

Free in-room wifi was good.

Elevators were slow. We had a room on the 2nd floor, so we used the stairs.
