Service was typical of Sweden, polite and friendly. Food was good, and great location.

Although my room didn't have a decent view, I was travelling on business and it was a great size with the facilities you'd expect of a 5* hotel.

The spa/sauna/fitness centre has been refurbed fairly recently and is fantastic.

Lovely hotel with a perfect location for a visit to Stockholm. Great service, large room and amazing beds. Expensive.

We are generally a fan and regular customers of Intercontinental Hotels. This hotel is nice, and it is in a great location, but expensive comparable to other nice options in the same area. Also, the hotel seems to cater more toward business travelers than tourists (especially with small children). We were traveling with our 3yr old daughter and one of the main reasons we chose the hotel was for the swimming pool. However, after arriving, we were informed via the concierge that children were only allowed in the pool area from 10AM-noon (in the middle of when we would prefer to be out seeing sights). The staff were very friendly and helpful however. I would recommend for business travelers and seniors looking for a quite upscale hotel, but not for tourists traveling with children.

Beautiful hotel in the city center but probably the smallest room I have ever stayed in EVER. It could double for a broom closet with a single bed. So small my room service cart did not fit in the room. The front desk said they were booked 100% and had no other rooms available. I hate to complain but this was the worst night sleep I have had in years. The bed was kid sized and saggy.

Stranded in stockholm sweden, the hotel staff did everything they possible could to make me feel like they really cared---above and beyond my expectations. The room I had was great, the food good, and overall it made my extended stay much easier than most people have reported. This is the place to stay in stockholm!

Not recommended. The staff is impersonal and can not perform their duties. One of the worst hotel experience ever and I sleep approx 40 days per year at diffrent hotels.

Old but high quality interior.

This hotel was beautiful, and the service was the best i've ever encountered. Perfect location for exploring the city, right next to the tourist highlights
