The quality of the architecture of this house alone would make the place worth a quick visit. The history of the house is interesting, and the patrons were clearly excessively rich, but had good taste. Beautiful marble, wonderful marquetry and some pretty decent furniture and porcelain. Not quite so sure about the artworks, which were all collected over a two year period! That is not a good policy, however wealthy you might be! But well worth a visit
