Very good apartment with ample space and near to shops and restaurants. 2 Mins walk to nearest station which will take you to stockholm central. Well maintained and felt like home. You can cook and eat at their kitchen with enough provisions.

Very nice apartment with a lot of space. Metro and supermarket are realy nearby. Its not very cheap but it is spacious and clean. Center Stockholm takes about 10 minutes. While we were there the owner told us that breakfest was included. Not a fancy breakfest but enough.
I wasn't expecting a lot from the place but the owner was very helpful and show us around the place. The first floor has a nautical decoration that it weird but everything is very clean and nit. Location wise is not close to the Old Town but the Metro station around the corner makes the rides in less than 10 minutes and if you choose to walk close to water it would take you around 30 minutes. A warm and nice place to stay. Practical breakfast, good access, free internet and a friendly owner. You can't ask for more in an expensive city like Stockholm.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights in Aug '12. We paid US$120, which was a lot less than most options.
Tip: Ask for a top floor or mid floor room. They have an elevator. First floor rooms have very small windows and feels like you are in a basement.

I've stayed at Lunda Pensionat twice (so far). Lunda Pensionat is a pretty small place on a quiet street in Södermalm. The location is very good, with a T-bana stop very close to the hostel. I found the hostel very quiet, pleasant and clean. The views from the 6th floor rooms (with shared bathrooms) are amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a kitchen you can use and lots of cafes and restaurants near-by. The prices are very good for what you get. I would stay again and recommend it to others, too. I've only had a little problem once when my keycard didn't work, but someone came down to open the door for me and gave me a new keycard right away. :)
My only "real" complaint is that there seems to be no way of paying ahead of time with credit card (as I like to pay for hotels and flights before I travel).
