The hotel was easy to find. Short way from bus or subway, well marked with signs.
The hotell room was very nice. Bathroom ok. Clean room with ok view. Quiet hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I've had. The staff was excellent. Can't wait to go back.

Here for meetings and found it to be good location - could get to old town, meetings, and the local area quite easily. Metro right nearby and pretty straight-forward.
Some meetings at the hotel, so very convenient - the coffees/catering/lunches all very good. Also the lobby coffee / leisure bar was great spot to meet colleagues for a drink.
The room was clean, with shower only (if you want a bath you must ask), good quality bedding, but small, which is pretty normal for Stockholm. Nice views and great to take glass-encased elevator to see the local view. Right next to a park and nice green walking space, which helped to relax after in-doors meetings. Easy to find some nearby places to eat and shop. Breakfast at hotel was very good - the usual Swedish smorgasbord which has everything! Decent coffee as well.

Room Tip: Ask for room with a bath, otherwise you get only a shower. Ask to join their loyalty programme and y...

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I was very disappointed by it.
The staff is very efficient at check-in and check-out; free Wi Fi in the room, the breakfast buffet is great...
But he room's window doesn't open and the ventilation is zero.
You wake up at night feeling suffocated.
The room I had has no view, just other windows in front of it.
Old carpeting and very dirty; the cleaning staff will just make the bed; no vacuum cleaning.
There are no toiletries in the bathroom; liquid soap only; you have to ask for refill since the staff never checks if the reservoir is empty.
Very old towels; you have to ask also for clean towels.
Very uncomfortable sliding door to the bathroom.
No safe in the room.
Very few TV channels .
There are many shops and restaurants in the area.
It is also far from the city center and the touristic areas.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is excellently located and full of friendly staff. Service was a little slow in their dining options, but generally it was very good. Nice little gym on the 2nd floor too with all you need for a good workout.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in June 2014. If this was a house, the decor would be contemporary. While the lobby is fine, the hallways wide--the rooms are small considering the price one pays. The rooms have a sliding door separating it from the bathroom/toilet and if you are traveling with a companion and are averse to listening to the sounds of ablution, turn the TV on every time your companion visits the bathroom. Also, we had to hold the sliding door closed, as it had a tendency to slide open all the time. I did complain about this and hopefully they have fixed the problem. There are no toiletries provided--liquid soap dispensers are attached to the wall and double for both soap and shampoo.
A double bed meant two single beds side-by-side with separate mattresses and comforters. No coffee or tea in the room--there is no room for a coffee machine! On the plus side, there is a small fridge in the room. Ask for a fan if you are traveling in summer. Other negatives---it is not in the "vibrant" part of downtown, though it is only a short Metro ride away from it. Prices for coffee and food in the hotel are Scandinavian, which means expensive!
The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is great, though I would advise you to stay away from scrambled eggs. The made-to-order omelette is great as are the cold cuts and the bread. Pickled and mustard herrings for breakfast were good too.
Wi-fi sign on and password changes every day and every time you power up your device, it requires validation, which is a nuisance since the sign-on and passwords are both alpha numeric and long!
It is perhaps good for business stay but I had my wife traveling with me and it is definitely not a couples hotel (see the sliding bathroom door above!)
If I were to visit Stockholm again, I would probably not stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room, away from the street.

The hotel staff were very helpful and any issues were actioned pretty much straight away. The size of the room was very small. In fact it was the smallest room i have ever stayed in in Europe.
The beds were comfortable as were all the other Scandinavian hotels that i stayed in.

Room Tip: Try and find out the size of tjhe room if possible.

I stayed here for several nights on business. The room was compact, but comfortable and clean. I had one of the smaller rooms and there is no separate closet storage (just hooks). But there was a workspace and a mini-fridge, which I appreciated. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a kettle/coffee-making equipment.

The hotel seemed very busy and crowded, which does create a positive energy, though may be overwhelming for some. I appreciated the gym facilities, which I used several times during my stay. The wi-fi also worked well and came with my room. The hotel bar was a convenient place to gather after a day's meeting and there are snacks available for purchase even early in the morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great for a conference hotel of this sort. (I'm never really sure why people have such high expectations for hotel breakfasts.)

Finally, I loved the location. No, it is not near the main tourist attractions. But it is very near many great sodermalm neighborhoods, with plenty of fantastic cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. There is a grocery store across the street for self-catering. The T-bana stop is also across the street, for easy access to the rest of the city.
