Be prepared for lots of tourists. The Nobel museum is located in this square. Great restaurants and plenty of tourist shops.

The Stortorget in the Gamla Stan is not big, but it is very busy. Restaurants and people watching are good there.

Well preserved. Small size as expected. This was the typical size back then. I have seen several old squares in my life time and they share this in common. Pretty sight. The only downside is the is the Italian restaurant in the square with the big flag. The Italian flag should not be permitted to be there. It ruins the scenery. Avoid this restaurant at all cost as well. You’re better off going to 7-11 for food. Enjoy!

Just a cool small square ringed with restaurants and the Nobel Museum. Very picturesque. Under the outdoor awning of a restaurant is a good spot for a glass of wine and waiting out a passing rainstorm.
