For being honest, having some specific needs I was in touch by mail with the hotel front desk prior to arrival. Having some troubles with it, I asked escalating it to the hotel management and the answer I got was from the General Manager (the nice fact by itself). All issues were clarified, complied, and we even got some nice surprise upon arrival.
All our further interactions with the hotel staff justified my primary impressions: there is well trained, really smiley, friendly and seriously guest-oriented staff in the hotel. It meets you at the reception and ends at the bar. BTW, the bar personnel is exactly as it should be for make you feel good and pleasant in the strange lands after a busy day: speaking, interesting in you, and suggesting about menu..
I could not say that there were not some issues during our stay, but these were so not important and quickly solved that it should not be even mentioned. And, of course, it may occur at the any other property as well.
So – it's very good hotel for a city break and, I guess, also comfortable for business. I would definitely suggest it to any Stockholm visitor.More
