The hotel is very new and modern. The rooms are big and the furniture is very stylish. The hotel is not situated in the very centre of Stockholm but the connection with public transport is very good so it was no problem to get around. A bus station where one of the main bus lines is passing by is just around the corner. If you are planning to go back to the hotel during sightseeing it is not very practical.
The breakfast is great, nothing was missing. The staff was very friendly and even if the hotel was quite fully booked it was no problem to get a table or at least not to wait too long to be seated.
Internet is available at the reception and in the rooms too.

A little out of town but reflected in the price, i booked online way in advance and got a reasonable rate compared withe rack rates. Good food, service, quite convenient if you don't mind a 10-15 min walk to city transport.

The hotel was fine, clean, etc. As far as value goes, can't really comment since we were in town at the same time as a large conference and we were lucky to even get a room. The issues I had are that the hotel is a little far from the center and about a 10 min walk to the metro station, and the reception is really quite useless in being able to help with anything of Stockholm. We asked several times for either bus routes that go to tourist attractions (one lady didn't know where or what the Ice Bar was), and restaurants...I found that disappointing as you would expect, especially given the location, for them to have more of an idea of transport to the center (other than the metro) and good places to eat within walking distance. Other than that, fine.
For those of you staying here - there is a restaurant called Haga Deli, a 2 min walk from here (that we found on our own), best Italian food I've had in a long time!

We arrived on a Sunday evening and apparently on Sunday the reception only has one member of staff, poor woman was receptionist, bar staff and making meals for room service all on her own. !! which did leave us with 3 attempts to get a key for a room that worked and wasnt already occupied. As many people have said, great breakfast, I couldnt think of anything else they could have included. There is a relax room with the sauna that you can book - really nice to have it to yourself (it is booked for your room, so not loads of people) it is open until 11pm, so we used it as a great end to the day. Nice clean modern rooms. The hotel sells the Stockholm card (excellent value for money, would strongly recommend for anyone who wants to get around and visit various places). Two free computers available in reception, with unlimited internet access which we found very useful.

We booked this hotel specifically because it was at 4th position for the most popular hotels in Stockholm on this site (at the time of booking). However, I thought the room was all a bit average. We had what was described as an 'Executive' room. But, there was no mini-bar, no fridge, no complimentary water and no bath in the bath room. The double bed we were promised was two single beds pushed together (which is all too common these days). The room was excessively hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to be operating as if it was either broken or had been switched off centrally. I saw in the guest information book in the room that tea/coffee facilties were available on request at the reception, so I asked. Unfortunately, I was informed that there were no tea/coffee facilities and the guest information book was wrong in that respect.

The hotel itself was a bit out of the way - expect 30+ minutes walk from the centre. That was not a problem as it was good weather but it was a bit further out than I would have liked.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good with a good choice of foods. However, the breakfast room gets a little busy and you sometimes have to wait for a table to become empty. There is free wifi, which is a big bonus and there were also some internet terminals in the reception.

This hotel was great and I actually really enjoyed the location of the hotel, which is situated in Odeplan--a very nice, residential area of Stockholm. It is about an 8min walk to the subway/metro where you can get anywhere in the city in about 10mins. The hotel website said it was located in the city center (which I think would be more of the Old Town area according to locals), so if you want to be able to walk without using the metro (the metro is very efficient and easy by the way), I would stay in Old Town. The hotel was nice, clean, nice breakfast, the staff were very nice and helpful with directions every morning. On the downside, the rooms were hot and no AC. I opened the door to my little balcony but the streets were very noisy, so it was hard to sleep. Eventually I thought to ask for a fan, and this eliminated the heat/noise issue. Great place to stay overall and nice to be away from the very touristy area of Old Town.
