Starting with the decoration. This is more like a pub than a small restaurant. During my dinner there were lots of youngsters going there drinking, not that this is a alcoholic place, but very convenient place to chit chat. The service was very good, waitress was helpful and delivered my food within 5-7 minutes and the taste was very good, not awesome, but compared to other Spanish tapas restaurant in the Nordics this is above average. I experienced a lot of tapas where the bread was made along with the dish itself like small bites. In this restaurant the bread was just ordinary and nothing special, therefore I definitely give 4 stars.

But remember to book in time I was there half an hour before lunch and got a table. When I left it was overcrowded.

This is a very small establishment but also the best in town when it comes to ambience. The staff is all Spanish and the restaurant is often filled with regulars of all ages, creating a nice buzz.

If you want a table you REALLY should book in advance (only 20 or so seats) but the bar and side tables rae almost more entertaining to sit at.

The tapas are nice and no-nonsence. The chorizo's got the right sting, the patatas bravas sauce is nice and hot, the aioli good and garlicy, the albondigas with prawns in a sauce sevillana nice and tasty.

Spanish beers and wines (by the glass) are affordable and 5-6 plates of tapas, a couple of beers and a glass of wine or two finished off with a carajillo seldom sets you back more than appx 600 SEK for two.

This is a small place and very popular (recommend booking), but it has character and I love it. We had sangria which was very ad-hoc, quite alcoholic, and very nice ;-) But it's the food that really makes this place - it was absolutely gorgeous tapas.
