We enjoyed spring rolls and scallops,
then a lovely chicken, but the desserts were fantastic, the chocolate fondant:)))!

Went to this place with a couple of friends expecting to have a great meal based on the reviews I have seen around. Turns out that things went the other way around. This is just like going to a "fast food" kind of chinese restaurant with better looks and paying unreasonable prices for the quality you get. Disappointing experience...
Tried the peking duck and caramelisedsoya chicken.

Restaurant is no longer at 95 Luntmakargatan. That place is now "Kim Chi". We walked by trying to find. Google their website--I believe it is now at Bergsgatan 33 in Kungsholmen area. So check it out first before going. I've been told it is good (which is why we were trying to find it-our friends had been there).

So my rating is not based on having the food--had to put something in.

Since I live in Stockholm I know that there is a lack of good Asian restaurants. There is the Swedish- Chinese restaurants with cheap food and boring interior and the food not at all like real Chinese food. The great thing with moon cake is that this restaurant is not at all like that. In fact this restaurant is the opposite, the food is really really good and taste like real Chinese food and is fresh and made with love not using fabric made food and spices. The interior is nice and sleek and have big windows which gives the restaurant light and a nice ambience. The service is very good and you can feel that the staff enjoy working there.
Moon cake used to be placed in another part of stockholm and have actually been around for over ten years and are definetily one of my favourite restaurants. If you want real Chinese food served in a nice setting you will love moon cake.
