We decided to get a Sky Executive room that's situated on the 18th up to the 22nd floor. We got a room on the 19th floor with a wonderful view over Liseberg.
The people at the reception desk was very helpful and nice. The glass elevator is very cool and it didn't take long to travel up to the 19th floor. Since we got a Sky Executive room we got a free minibar and other discounts such as 10% on food in the InContro bar and restaurant. Comfortable beds and stylish overall.
The best perk was breakfast in Heaven 23 with a view over all of Gothenburg. The breakfast itself was the best I've ever had. Fresh fruit, make your own müsli, scrambled eggs and all you can imagine. I loved it! Go there if you can!

Room Tip: Choose a Sky executive room to get the perk of eating breakfast on the 23rd floor.

We are a family of 4 and booked the room about a month before arrival at Expedia.com. This might be a Expedia problem, but I called the receiption at the hotell before making the booking to confirm that it would be OK. We booked a Sky double-room with extra bed ( 2 adults, 2 children where entered into Expedia booking details), but on arrival only 2 single beds where placed in the room. After som discussion with receiption staff we where able to get another bed placed in the room, but this should be unneccasary, especially when I see that others have had the same problem before.
The hotel has a good location opposite Liseberg and a nice, modern look. Some construction work on the outside (they are building the 3rd tower), but did not really affect our stay. Nice breakfast on 23rd floor and good view from room and restaurant. They also have a Spa section where the pool is located on the outside of the building on a high floor (with view towards the ground). Worth a try, but we didn't this time (be aware of age limit 16, so no kids in there).

Easy access to the city centre couple with great rooms make this hotel my favourite when staying in Gothenburg. Breakfast is a little disappointing but the bars (especially Heaven 23 on the top floor of the West Tower) are excellent.
Stay here a few times a year and would recommend to other business travellers.

My husband booked the vacation as a surprise. Surprised, I was! By choosing this hotel you can not go wrong. Marvelous location, the most comfortable bed that i have ever slept in, the cleanness room and bathroom. The view was spectacular and the air con was quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming and just sorry we had to leave and wont beable to return for awhile. Wouldnt stay anywhere else if visiting Gothenburg.

Room Tip: We were on the 10th floor and there is 25 floors and the lift is the quickest ever.

We spent 5 nights here, and found the room stylish and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, it was possible to adjust the room temperature easily, and maid service was unobtrusive. This hotel is located right across the street from Lisaberg, so on the weekends there are many families. Even then , we had no problems with noise, and he spacious dining room made the breakfast pleasant as well. The breakfast buffet was large and varied, and you could make your own waffles some days, and have Swedish pancakes on others. There are many restaurants in walking distance, which is useful when you're here for a conference, as we were.

A good hotel. Well located for travelling downtown. The room was comfortable and spacious and had a nice view over Liseberg amusement park. Tried several of the restaurants there and the service and food was good. Will stay there again.
