I was at this hotel for a month from august to September 2018, on business visit. Right from check-in, to daily interaction, to check-out, I had a very good experience with front desk. Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to help. One disadvantage is the late check-in time.

Food was excellent with an especially wide choice during breakfast. The only thing I did not much enjoy were their evening cakes. The kitchen staff was very cooperating and provided extra support for people with special food requirements, whenever necessary. On the day I left they packed me an early breakfast which was sufficient before the flight.

Laundry was self-service, but free, with properly functioning washing machines. The room I was allotted had a very nice view of the road. Housekeeping was excellent. The best advantage about the hotel is its location and the presence of a supermarket (Netto) on the ground floor.

Breakfast and Dinner are nice options to save some money or avoid having extra items on your expense report. They do get a little repetitive if you stay for several days but hard to beat for the price.

Room tip: Ask for a kitchenette to get a bigger room.

Stayed for 2 nights for business trip.
The overall impression is pretty good. The hotel seems to be an appartment building converted to the hotel
Pros:
Good sized rooms with kitchenette with grocery store on the first floor.
Comfortable bed
Quiet environment
Good location - just steps from Central station and close to the city center
Breakfast + dinner included
Helpful staff
Clean.

Cons:
Some guests cook their ethnic food in the rooms, so hallways may be smelly
Breakfast and lunch were mediocre to my view.

We booked this hotel knowing it had a light evening meal included in the room rate and knowing at the same time that it can be expensive to eat out in Sweden so it sounded like a convenient option.
We are pleased to say that the food was good for both breakfast and dinner. It would have been nice to have some more sweet options for breakfast or more alternatives throughout the week but I guess when you stay for over a week in the same place food always becomes a bit repetitive.
This hotel anyway was not just about food, the service was good, the room and common spaces clean and the staff always on top of everything. The room was very spacious and comfortable even if it was just a standard room. The gym is a real gym with all the Technogym equipment and everything else you need to keep fit.
Last but not least, the location is very very convenient. Surely it's not a posh area but it has a super market just outside the main door and the main train/bus station is only a 5-minute walk away. Thanks to a very efficient public transport system you can quickly reach any part of the city including the furthest points like the Southern archipelago and the Volvo museum.
Definitely recommended.

One night with two adults and two kids.
The room was actually more of a flat than a room, extremely spacious.
The complimentary dinner buffet was really above expectations.

The hotel is located in an old apartment building. As such it does not feel like a hotel, but an....old apartment building.

The good:
* huge room
* food
* the B&O radio

The bad:
* hard to find parking spot
* somewhat worn down old apartment building

The weird:
* elevator not for kids under age of 12
