I loved the hotel very much as it's in core of Helsinki. Small city hotel with proffessinal Staff with excellent customer service skills. Enjoyed every moment in Helsinki.

Usually when i feedback i always specify the most negatives unfortunately i dont find any negativeness.

We arrived on a freezing afternoon of Dec 23rd. The city was preparing for Christmas and there was 30cm of fresh snow everywhere. Having come from the tropics it was all super exotic and lovely. We caught the Finnair bus from the airport to central station and then walked the 8 mins to the hotel. Check in was very easy, the room was compact but lovely and warm and the triple glazing kept out the noise of the very quiet street below. I can't recall the price, but remember thinking it was reasonably priced for what we got. the kitsch fittings on the ground floor did not translate into the rooms, which were very international standard. Good point was the sheets were a happy medium of thick, yet soft. The staff were very nice and the bar/cafe downstairs seemed as good as any we saw in our single night in Helsinki. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and the city on Christmas eve was very quiet and peaceful.

Room Tip: I think there are only 2 floors available. We only saw our room and I think they are all facing the...

I stayed in single room, which was one of the smallest rooms I have ever been. Despite this, room didn't feel narrow, windows were big with nice view to the street. Bathroom was renovated quite lately and everything were in order. Kaisaniemi metrostation is very close and coffees and bars very close as well. The only mistake that staff made was wrong price in checkout, but things solved out very quickly. The staff was very friendly and because hotel is very small there were no jams or queues.

The hotel is good, location is very central. Breakfast is ok, but not very rich. There are a lot of bars and cafes near the hotel! I recomend you to have dinner in vapiano. Rooms are clean, stuff is very very friendly!

The name should be worst westerns. This hotel was over $200 a night, the bed was way too soft, the room had no ventilation and very warm and it was very small.

Staff was nice and breakfast was good, but this hotel is significantly overpriced.

I think they are renovating, but my room was quite shabby. Only 12 rooms, and they all face traffic. Good thing I took a full shower in Milan the night before since the shower was impossible to figure out. The Finnair bus stops right in front of the Holiday Inn.I would suggest that instead. Its a little bit of a walk w luggage to this hotel from the Finnair bus stop. But the staff was quite friendly and accommodating.

Room Tip: Stay @ the Holiday Inn instead

This hotel's location can't be beat--but I wish there were more floors, allowing the traveler to stay higher up and away from the street. Nonetheless, street noise was NOT an issue.

The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the timing of the buffet works well for the traveler taking trains. There is no sauna. The wifi is spotty at best.

Although I would recommend this hotel for its convenience, on a return trip I might opt for a different one.

Room Tip: ask for a quiet room
