After so many fine dining experiences where the personnel had to explain what was on my plate, it was so relaxing to receive what you ordered, see what it was and just enjoy. No tricks, no gimmicks, just well prepared food from fresh ingredients.
Our party of two has no meat, no poultry policy, i.e. vegetarian with fish. The wild mushroom risotto and freshly smoked salmon were a big hit, the classic chèvre beetroot combo delicious and the wine suggestions success. With a caring service in a beautiful weighing room dating back to 1914, the restaurant can be warmly recommended to anyone in for a hearty and honest culinary experience.
