I think for tourists the best part will be riding out on a boat for around 20 mins. to get the lake experience. The island itself is green and pleasant, and there's a cafe/basic restaurant. There's a few hundred yards of woodland path, but perhaps little else. Locals and those who don't have access to a summer cottage may do this as an anuual summer ritual. If on a good day you feel like a cruise, an unathletic wander and perhaps a drink, you can join them. Perhaps if travelling with pram/pushchair and you just want an easy time, a change of scene and a little taste of lake and forest, of if you are of penshionable age and really want to take it easy, this is a sound and safe choice. So, an easy ride out, leaves from a nice harbour with marketplace and many other things around, being centrally located. Perhaps a little gentle and uneventful for some; it's a matter of matching the right people to the right activity.
