There is an old saying about judging a book by its cover and it applies to the experience at a restaurant on a busy street, at 6 p.m., when I am the only person eating. There may have been a good reason no one else was there.
The 'Exotic Vegetable' soup was hot and nicely spiced but peas, corn, mushrooms and bean sprouts do not seem exotic. Portions were good sized and the food was presented attractively on the plate with carrots made into flowers for garnish.
There were a lot of people (judging from the loud laughter) in the kitchen area but very little attention to the dining room.
