Attraction details
Owner description: Flowpark is an ecological adventure park where you can test your courage. Adventure trails have been built on living trees without harming them. You may solve over 120 tasks even at the height of twenty meters. Tasks refer to ropeways, including swaying paths, liane jumps, swings and zip lines. Flowpark has been meant for people of all ages, full of adventure spirit, from 7 years and 120cm height onwards - there is challenge for any ordinary guy as well as for experienced 'wilderness foxes'! In the park you also find three lower courses for children under 7 years or under 120cm height. You don't need to have any advance skills for the Flowpark trails. You'll be instructed how to use the equipment and how to act on the trails before you are allowed to enter the actual trails. Every customer will complete a test trail, and after he or she has passed it, he or she is allowed to adventure independently on the trails. One proceeds on the trails continuously connected to a safety cable wire.

Me and my friends spent an exciting evening at Flowpark with a foreign guest. He also loved it even though he's an experienced adventurer. Tickling nerves!

“Great fun (if a bit scary)”
Reviewed 19 August 2012

A bit like 'Go Ape' in the UK. ie high wire courses through the tree tops. There were things for all abilies from say 10 years upwards unless you are too afraid of hights of course.

“Brilliant!”
Reviewed 24 June 2012

I'm slightly afraid of heights, but that didn't stop me from enjoying myself thoroughly. The courses were exciting, even slightly terrifying, but in te very best sense. The safety issues were well considered and I felt very safe.

We had a wonderful day!

“Thrilling, very fun!”
Reviewed 1 February 2012

Even though I seriously dislike the fear of falling - and actually falling - I had a blast at Flowpark. The place is easily reached with car or public transport. It's next to the Skanssi shopping mall where you can find food and anything else. In Flowpark you'll get the appropriate gear, a helmet and a flashlight if it gets dark. The routes for climbing are marked clearly. Some routes seem almost impossible but they're fun in trying. Every climber has responsability for own safety but after a while it becomes easy too. My 10-year-old brother enjoyed the experience too. Even though it's not the cheapest thing to do, Flowpark surely beats going eating or going to the movies. Adrenaline thrill is what we're after.
