Not the biggest, not the highest, not the deepest, but my favorite. Short walk, lots of rocks to clamber around, beautiful water. Nice history.

I loved coming here. Iceland is beautiful beyond imagination and this is one of my favorite waterfalls. Climb on the rocks and get up close and personal with it!!

Iceland is famous for its waterfalls and Godafoss is one of the most beautiful ones, thus a must see. It's nature which surrounds you there, the voice of the falling water, fresh air, water droplets in your face, all the experience is heavenly. As usual, be careful when walking around, the rocks can be very slippery. There is a coffee shop and toilets around 1 kilometre away where the car park is.

We made a visit to these waterfalls whilst on an Iceladic tour. These are wonderfull waterfalls, not the largest I've seen but still spectacular. The guide give us the history of why they are called Gods falls. All very fascinating and well worth the journey.

Not the biggest waterfall in Iceland but one which is satisfyingly attractive. The visit is best served by walking around the area in order to view the falls from a variety of perspectives and thus appreciate their beauty. They are a "must see" when visiting northern Iceland.
