“Good place to sit for hours over a coffee”
Reviewed 27 March 2014 via mobile

As seems to be common in Iceland there were unlimited refills, after the first coffee was bought. There didn't seem to be any pressure to get customers to buy anything else.

There seemed to be a limited selection of food, but it's more of a coffee and internet, sort of place.

“Comfortable little cafe”
Reviewed 26 March 2014

We stopped here for drinks on our 2nd night in Reykjavik after our northern lights tour was cancelled. Luckily we managed to get the comfy seats as this is only a little cafe. It has a lovely atmosphere with friendly service and very nice hot chocolate. The other times we tried to visit there were no seats available as it seems to be quite a popular place.

“Friendly staff, good food”
Reviewed 24 March 2014

First night in Reykjavik, made very welcome, good ambiance, nice food and service. Great style, comfy seating and free wifi what more could you want. The cafe is in the old part of the city, near the harbour, lovely and quaint. Coffee in the jug, loads of top ups. Great choice.

“My favourite Reykjavik cafe”
Reviewed 24 March 2014

This is a lovely little cafe/bar which is really homely and feels like your sitting in someone's house. You go to the counter for service rather than table service. The coffee was really good and like most places in Reykjavik there is water for you to help yourself to and free coffee refills in a flask (a great idea!)
There are lots of coffee bars in Reykjavik but this one was my favourite and feels very different.
