Brattgata is a in the heart of Reykjavik and a perfect place to stay for a few days. We arranged to stay in the two bedroom basement apartment which also had a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and separate bathroom. We didn't want to stay in a large hotel but rather in a more intimate setting and this was it. It was homey and very cozy and we truly enjoyed our stay. Ingunn welcomed us with open arms and was extremely gracious, patient and kind as she rearranged her schedule to accommodate our arrival time which we changed at the last minute. She went well beyond the call of duty and we will never be able to thank her enough for warm hospitality and providing for our every need. You, Ingunn, are a very special person.
Brattgata is certainly central with the drop off from and pick up to the airport, tours, information, shopping, restaurants, bars and other attractions right at your finger tips.
