We were originally a little concerned as the closest bus stop to the hotel was not available due to roadworks, but we shouldnt have worried, this hotel is super central and easy to get to! Lovely friendly staff, clean and tidy room, and right in the center of everything. We had a junior suite which was a little smaller than i was expecting compared to other suites i have stayed in, however plenty of room for 2, and we were usually out and about anyway!!More

The room in the hotel was a nice size and had all the amenities. The bed was not as comfortable as others we had while in Iceland. While the hotel is in a great location near attractions and shopping, this creates a problem with noise. There are several bars around which stay open late (until 4:30 AM on Friday!) creating an environment not conducive to sleep. While it is cool in Iceland in summer, you need to have the windows open at night to be comfortable....noise comes in from the street and bars (including music). Breakfast was included, and there was a nice variety. Best skyr I had on the trip.

We do not have air conditioning in the rooms and this summer has been exceptionally warm. I am sorry to hear that the noise from the bars disrupted your sleep. We do offer extra fans that can be placed in the room for more cooling as well as earplugs if it is noisy outside.

Excellent location and verastile breakfast. Cozy and relalxing lobby with friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms with nordic touch. Hotel's own restaurant isafold was really good also. It will not go wrong with this one!

Friendly and helpful staff. We received a nice welcome drink. The breakfast was very good. But it was hard to sleep with a very noisy street outside. Poor ventilation in the room. A bathroom with glass walls, -lighting up the whole room when using it in the night.

First trip to Iceland, hope not the last. The CenterHotel was a great location, close to restaurants,
meeting points for tours, music, shopping, and attractions. The staff was very helpful, holding many pieces of luggage before check in and always available to answer questions about the area. I highly recommend the hotel, hope to be visit again......

This hotel was a great find. It was right down in the center of the shopping area and had multiple good restaurants nearby. It was an easy walk (even with dragging our suitcases) from the bus/shuttle stop #6. The people working the front desk were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.
