“A decent burger at a decent price”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

My guide in Iceland was adamant about going to this place for lunch.
As a seasoned New Yorker with great burger joints on every corner, I wasn't exactly jumping for joy at the prospect of eating a hamburger in ICELAND of all places.
BUT, the food was really, really good. The hamburger was on par with places such as Five Guys or Shake Shack here in NY. The french fries were delicious. And even though I didn't have one (I was craving a coca-cola) my friend ordered a milkshake that looked spectacular.
Price was good, even after the Euro-to-dollars conversion.

So if you find yourself in Reykjavik with a craving for a good burger & fries, this is a good place to get your fix!

“Greasy not in a bad way”
Reviewed 15 June 2014

This was rather a pleasant experience. Definitely a good bang for your buck. Deliciously greasy burgers in what is widely considered as one of the most popular fast food on-the-go places for the locals. The only downside was the army of seagulls waiting for the new customers deciding to eat on the picnic tables outside.

“Great Value! Great Burger!!”
Reviewed 14 June 2014

This little unassuming burger joint on the pier is a real jewel! Apparently they do a good business because they always seemed busy. I ordered the special (I can't remember what it was called), but the burger was fantastic! My dad would have said, "Oh, you were just hungry." No. It truly was a delicious hamburger. Reykjavik isn't a cheap place to eat, but this meal came at a very nice value! Don't pass this place up. It's THAT good!

“Best burgers in Iceland”
Reviewed 8 June 2014

By far the best hamburgers you can have in Iceland. Small and cozy place. Try the steak burgers, they are just delicious.

“Great Hamburgers and Interesting Place”
Reviewed 5 June 2014

We were in a mood for a hamburger at the end of our 6 week trip and tried this place based on TripAdvisor. The hamburger was very good and we enjoyed this place with mostly younger people. It would be interesting to see it with music and dancing. Like everything in Iceland, it was expensive for a hamburger (about $10USD for a hamburger, fries and small bottle of soda).
