Great for taking the dog for a walk, peaceful and tranquil. Leads right through to the beach and is side by side with the river the whole way

Lovely reserve, if a bit pricey, with excellent cafe/restaurant

With a mix of sea and estuary, coupled with migration and storm-blown birds there is a lot to see here and plenty of events on their website if you want something organised .

Good shop with lots of wildlife books.

Slightly pricey I think, and it should be pope to members really early for the dawn/early morning enthusiasts!

We go to Titchfield several times a year to a wonderful pub called the Queens Head for theme nights (preferably Motown) and saw sign for Titchfield Haven today. The weather was glorious and we turned into this road that ran along by the water and there were pretty beach hurs all lined up along the shingle, lots of boats in the harbour and then this huge Nature Reserve. We had a wonderful time walking around all the paths seeing what we could spot the place was alive with birds and insects and it was a a very good way to spend an hour and then finish up in the lovely little shop and tearoom - well worth a visit.

Food here is always fresh and tasty.
Though when the weather is nice the wait for a table or to get service/food can be long.
Nice coffee's and delicious hot chocolates and cakes too!
Child and dog friendly garden.
