“Best Ice Cream!”
Reviewed 22 November 2013

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place as we had dinner across the street and what a find! I wish I had found this place on the first night in Malta! While staying in Malta I tried the following flavours: Baci (Italian chocolate- which is a better version of a ferrero rocher), Cannolo (inspired by cannoli which are pastries filled in ricotta cheese), Cheesecake, Banoffee (its labelled banana) and they were all amazing. They had a big selection of cakes and pastries that looked delicious but I didn't try any. When visiting Malta this will definitely be on my list of essentials! Also the staff are really friendly and helpful.

“Sweet Sins Indeed!”
Reviewed 18 November 2013

The ice cream here was everything the earlier reviews promised and more. The Extra Black was satisfyingly dense, dark and chocolatey; the Zuppa Inglese was so boozy that they were unwilling to sell it to a child, but the real miracle was the Bianco e Nero: I don’t know what they put in it (crack, probably), but it looks and tastes like a mixture of Nutella and white chocolate, swirled together and lightly cooled. It’s more a semifreddo, I suppose, and it was so unbelievably rich that for the first time in my adult life, I found myself unable to finish a modest two-scoop cup of ice cream. How it hurt to throw out the remains of that ambrosial treat!
The pastries looked delicious too, but in view of the fact that I was about to burst, they had to go untried...

“Delicious ice cream - highly recommended”
Reviewed 11 October 2013

We visited on a recommendation, and visited every night subsequently. The ice-cream is fantastic, although perhaps not the cheapest. Nice to see generous scoops for a change. Friendly service
