My wife and I just spent a week at the Plevna, dissapointed is probably the best way to describe it.The Hotels location is poor as it is a long walk up or down hills to go anywhere, service is for the most part Hit and miss. although most of the staff are really good they are working with bad management, twice at dinner the food ran out half an hour before end of service time, with no alternative offered. the all inclusive package is a mis-nomer as half the time you cannot get drinks unless you go up to the roof terrace which takes 15 minutes to get your drink - or walk a1/4 mile down to the lido, lunches are only served at the lido. This hotel lacks any kind of holiday atmosphere and it says a lot when on a saturday night there were only 5 people in an all inclusive bar.
