The location is perfect to explore Valletta by foot, to reach the ferries to Sliema and to the Three Cities and to get to to the central bus station to explore the island. The owner Claus was more than helpful in providing information upfront, picking us up at the airport and taking us to the appartment. Definately a great choice for an authentic stay in historic Valletta!
Very large apartment with two en-suite double bedrooms, plus an additional 3rd bathroom. Large entrance hall and corridor, two large lounge/formal dining and office rooms with wi-fi. Well fitted kitchen and breakfast room with a SKY TV lounge adjoining. Exterior roof terrace with table and chairs with lovely views out over the harbour. It's like staying in a castle with large rooms, high ceilings and plenty of space. Stone walls, timber roof beams and stone floors with tasteful period furniture all add to the quality and Malta experience. The apartment is on the second floor which is great for the views but there are a lot of steps up to the apartment and there is no lift, so if you are unhealthy it is not the place for you!
We had a wonderful stay at Claus's place in Valletta. The location is close to many of Valletta's main attractions . Somewhat a step back in time . The flat has a good layout and contains many beautiful antiques , not to mention the beautiful sea view from the terrace . It is also a short walk to the Slemia Ferry if you want to have a great day trip to the Strand :)
