We stayed here recently for a week. It is advertised as Apartment Ursula.
On the positive side, the apartment is clean, relatively well equipped (although the TV handset doesn't appear to work) and fairly centrally located.
There are, however, a couple of negatives.
First, size. The apartment is small and cramped. The living room/kitchen just about passes muster but there is barely room to swing a cat in either of the 2 bedrooms - and the bathroom is positively tiny. Although advertised as taking 4, I think that's wishful thinking. Possibly a couple with 2 young kids.
Second, noise. Major building works are currently underway next door. The drilling/hammering starts at 7 and continues until the early afternoon. At night, there is street noise. This includes children screaming, adults shouting, dogs barking and noise from the many cars and motor bikes that pass outside.
All in all, this is the least satisfactory accommodation we've encountered in several years of visiting Valletta. We shall not be back. At this price level, there are many better options.
