Although the environment and the village are very beautiful, the room we were given it was very dark even with the lights on. There were no amenities in the room only soap liquid and we had to ask for toilet paper. In general for one night it is ok especially for such low price.

Room Tip: If you can choose a room at the first floor. Definitely not the one next to the stairs at the ground...

After catching our breath from the walk up the hill, we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Our room was warm and cosy with a comfortable bed, TV, tea coffee, fridge and wi fi. We were a little concerned about using the restaurant at the hotel after reading previous reviews, but we needn't have worried, everything was excellent, I can recommend the trout. Buffet breakfast, was served, with all options and endless cups of coffee and juice. We agreed that we would definitely use and recommend this hotel in the future. Only one down side for me was the poor lighting but it did not spoil my stay.

We arrived to a pretty picturesque Inn that was traditional. We were originally placed in room 2 but safely it never came with a balcony (this is not a reflection of the hotel, it was personal choice due to being smokers) it was a lovely and pretty room. We asked to have a balcony and were moved straight away by the kind receptionist to room 12 that had a good balcony and massive bed! Needed a step ladder to get in and out and very comfortable.

The concept of the hotel is very interesting.Decorated like the old Cyprus traditional village's houses, this hotel has a different concept to offer.Unique vintage tools. Free wi-fi, nice jacuzzi in room. Restaurant and lobby area and outside building are decorated with stones. Food and breakfast very limited.

No hot water, heating broken, very noisy, terrible service. I think the people that owe the place do not care about their customers! We arrived in the hotel and for 2.5 hours were waiting to fix the water and the heating, i had made several calls but the answer was that that they were very busy in the restaurant :)))) the restaurant of the "hotel" is below average with very low quality of food and service. It was supposed to be a relaxing weekend but it turn to a nightmare. Also you have to wait at least 20 min at the reception in order to check in or check out and this simply that the person who is in charged for the reception, who by the way is the nicest person working there, has to serve the tables at the restaurant.

I visited the tavern of linos inn today with my wife and kid, my parents and my in-laws. Sadly, i have to say that i was utterly disappointed with the quality of the meze served. The kebab was horrible and i suspect it was pre heated since the plate was burning hot. On top of that, i had to pay a very expensive bill, where i could have an excellent meze in nicosia with half the price. Plus we had to drive up there. I am not planning on visiting again in the near future.

Although the actual hotel is quaint and in a beautiful village, the room is very overpriced for a very basic interior - don't expect any frills whatsoever. We had the misfortune of staying at the same time as a group of 30 teenagers and the nature of the hotel means that every single sound carries and anyone can walk in and out at all hours. We eventually checked out at midnight as Reception did absolutely nothing to alleviate the endless noise and chaos around our room and it was thoroughly unbearable. The one room also stank of kerosene so much that my friend had to share our room with us. The only positive thing I have left to say is that the staff were on the whole helpful about every other issue we had. But NEVER again...

Room Tip: Go to The Mill Hotel in the same village of Kakopetria - stunning hotel and a stunning view of this...
