Just got back this afternoon could not fault the staff so polite and very helpful even though it was absolutely packed and very hot. Always plenty choice of freshly cooked food besides salads not to mention the desserts. Hotel was spotless. It was our 3rd visit to this hotel and will definitely go again.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view.

I went there for a week with my two sons, paid for a all inclusive package, however the food was so bad we ate our everyday. The executive chef was eating in the same area as the guests, never seen this before. We have been to other resorts and the exec chef is working while the guests are eating. Service was the worse I've ever seen, the staff didn't smile and they seemed angry all the time. One last thing is they advertise all inclusive 24 hours but the last bar closes at midnight, then you can't get another drink unless you go and gamble at the casino. Very unhappy!!

I like this hotel and we have stayed here 4 or 5 times. The all inclusive deal is very good value and they serve international branded liquor, not just the local stuff like some establishments. However the food is not as good as it used to be, although there is plenty of it at all times of the day. This is something they need to work on, as it's my only real complaint and other reviewers have stated the same. On the positive side the pool area is excellent & I have never had any problems with the staff, in fact the opposite. You drive your vehicle to the front of the hotel and someone parks it for you. When you want to go out in it again someone goes and gets it, that not bad service. I like the rooms at this hotel they are well appointed and spacious. One of the other negatives is that they charge for Wi-Fi access. I think this is a bad point for little return and it creates resentment among guests, especially when it's only available in the public areas and this hotel is supposed to be all inclusive. Wi-Fi is widely available on the island and is mostly free when you visit most restaurants and bars. All in all the good points at this hotel far outweigh the bad and it could be improved with a little thought and not much money. We will probably go back.

Room Tip: Pick a room on the 3rd or 4th floor and have a seaview. Watching the sun go down across the sea is something else.

I've visited Mercure Cyprus last week with a couple of friends. 2 years ago we went to Mercure Cyprus with our friends and had great experiance and totally satisfied from both hotel and all services.Unfortunately, our last week visit was a very bad experiance... Quality of services and stuff qualtiy has fallen amazingly. Hotel's guests were talking about the problems.
