I don't know what more I can add to what has already been said. This review is a little late as we travelled as usual in late November, but service, as in previous years, was impeccable! Value for money (we booked through Cyprus Paradise & Travelzoo) couldn't be beaten! Staff superb, guest relations manager, Zehra, the best you could wish for. Sorry, but no criticisms and we plan to be there for another visit in November 2014 and we are new converts. We met guests who had been coming for 10 years on a regular basis.

Found the pia bella afirst class hotel. The staff are all excellent, reception greet with a smile and nothing is to much trouble. The resteraunt staff were smart and efficient.the food was good and varied,my wife and I
looked forward to the deserts we thought they put the Ritz in London to shame they were so good.
Our room 3401 had a view overlooking the rear carpark and mountains, found it very quiet gets the sun on the balcony from dawn to dusk. The walk from the hotel to harbour is quite easy even for oldies ,the pavments are very poor, would not chance them after dark.

Room Tip: choose a room overlooking the moutains

We have just returned from three weeks at Pia Bella, this is a really nice hotel, our room overlooked the two pools, gardens and mountains and had the sun for most of the day. The food is mainly ethnic but very enjoyable. The Turkish people are lovely and very friendly. It is only a short walk into the town and harbor though not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties as the footpaths are terrible. The only down side to the hotel was that from 1st of December there was no entertainment in the evenings.

Room Tip: Rooms on the road side of the hotel are very noisy from the traffic.

Visited Kyrenia for a weekend break and stopped in the Pia Bella hotel. We've stopped here a few times and as always had a good stay. It is a great location 10 minutes walk from the centre of Kyrenia with its shops, restaurants and bars. The deluxe room was well furnished and we had great views of the mountains and hotel grounds. The staff as always were friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean. If you want a good local meal I really recommend Halil Ibrahim Sofrasi, you can eat like a king for a few Lira. Needless to say we will be visiting Pia Bella again soon. Looking forward to our New Year say with them.

We went to Pia Bella in June of 2013 and had a problem or two, so this time I emailed the Manageress - Sarah - beforehand and asked her to make sure everything was OK this time. She pulled out all the stops and we were allocated (at no extra cost) one of the best rooms, which also included a whirlpool bath!!!! Would have loved to use it but, as usual in anything to do with Turkey, there was no bath plug. Next time I will take my own universal plug!! Sarah really came up trumps for us. The food at this hotel is seriously good. Enormous variety and very well cooked and presented. The staff are, without exception, excellent. My only reservation is that the "cleaners" were a bit casual and I don't think our particular cleaner has ever seen a duster - but that is a minor issue. Overall we think this is a really good hotel and we look forward to going again next summer. Sarah - bless her - has already said that if we let her know in advance when we're going she'll do her best to give us the same room, and you can't ask for any better service than that. Well done Pia Bella

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the beautiful gardens, or the pool.

We stayed from 17th November to 1st December 2013 for our second visit. This time we were upgraded to half board when we booked with Direct Traveller. We arrived at 9.30pm and was greeted by Velit on reception who recognised us from our previous visit and told us we had the same room as last time which I had requested, if possible. We went for our evening meal and then we were escorted to our room by the porter. Velit is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was as good as the first time we stayed. Everywhere kept clean, plenty of good food for breakfast and evening meal. Pleasant staff and still most of the same staff are there from when we stayed May 2011. Some have been there 18 and 19 years. I think this is always a good sign.

The hotel is family owned and run. We actually spoke to one of the owners who explained to us about the extra construction work which was being carried out. They have started to extend the bar lounge out on to the large outside dining area so that the bar will accommodate more guests. There will still be plenty of outside dining area left when they have completed this work. There was very little noise whilst we were there from this work.

The staff are very friendly and you can have a good laugh with some of the waiters, especially Ozzi, Mustapha and Raschid. They also join in dancing when the disco is on. They work very hard and work long hours as well. Thanks to our cleaner Touly for keeping our room clean and always replenishing the nice toilettries and tea, coffee and milk. Bath towels were changed daily.

The Hotel Manager, Mehmet, was always walking round to ensure that everything ran smoothly. He seemed to be there more than he was at home! Sarah, the Admin Manager, came round the restaurant every morning and asked everyone if every thing was ok.

Pool towels are provided free and can be changed every day if required. Sun lounges are plastic but have cushions on them.

Rooms facing the road are noisy so we were told. Our room overlooked the pool and the grounds which have lots of orange trees.

Room Tip: A room overlooking the pools and grounds

We went with a group of 20 and were well looked after from start to finish. We upgraded to a superior room which gave us more space and was worth the extra cost.
The bar staff and restaurant staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Some even shared a joke or two and joined in the disco dancing.
The food was good with lots of choice and different dishes each evening.
Well placed and only 10 minutes walk to central Kyrenia and 15 to the harbour.
We will certainly be returning.

Room Tip: Try for over the pool on a high level.
