We have just returned from here and have to say we had a lovely holiday. The service was second to none, friendly and professional. Food was good with themed nights and lots of choice. There was entertainment on every night although not always our choice, I would like to think that during the height of the season it was a little more lively.
The only downside to an otherwise perfect hotel was that the pools were unheated and at this time of year (October/November) it was too cold. Three beautiful pools and not one swimmer which seems a shame.
The resort was a let down, again I wouldn't like to say whether it was just down to the time of the season or whether the downturn of the Greek economy has had a knock on effect. Either way the only decent pub around was a sports bar with a vast Arsenal support. Good food, always busy and a good atmosphere, you do need to enjoy your football though in order to appreciate it.
I would definitely visit again and would highly recommend any of the Atlantica chain of hotels.
Final note on this was the beds and pillows were the best I've ever had on a trip away.

Room Tip: Sea view would be much nicer as the front view was not that great.

Overall a very lovely holiday. A warm welcome with champagne by a lovely man. Very happy with room. Pool scene was very attractive looking. Wish there had been drinks service by the pool. Food was nice in restaurant but service at times very slow and waited ages to order drinks. Staff could be more attentive. Evening entertainment was average. The magician was by far the best. Spa was very good. Strong smell of sewage in hotel toilet which was unpleasant. Cleaners need to be taught social skills as some were rude and unfriendly. Managers bbq is a great idea and everyone very friendly. We we're all inclusive but not everything is all inclusive (certain cocktails, iced coffees) which made us feel restricted. This was a downside. Thomsons have rated this hotel 5star but it is definitely 4star. I would recommend it and am happy i booked this hotel.

Went to this hotel in October. Weather was great. We had a late arrival and were greeted by the Manager and provided with cold towels and a glass of champagne! A lovely way to start the holiday. A cold platter of ham. cheese and bread/crackers had been provided In the room, which was delicious. The room was absolutely fabulous, spacious and the view sensational. Throughout our stay we have never been made to feel so special. The staff could not do enough for you and always had a smile ready waiting. The food was lovely and as Thomson guests we were asked whether we wanted to eat in the Red Room, which made the mealtime special. We have to mention Andrea, guest relations. Always friendly, helpful and could not do enough for the guests. Downside was the beach but as pool lovers that did not affect our holiday at all as we just love chilling around the pool - the Adult only Pool is a massive bonus for us and the reason we chose this hotel. All in all an excellent holiday which exceeded our expectations. We will return!!

Room Tip: Go for a sea view.

Went to this hotel in October, weather was great and the staff were brilliant. Went all inclusive which was a mistake because there is only one restaurant and the local places to eat looked good. We went for a rest a chill out by the pool which was perfect but if you like the beach think twice, it is terrible, went for a walk along the front and it is disgusting once you move from the hotel section, litter everywhere and no maintenance. Anyway back to the hotel, brilliant service, you could not fault it and they were all so friendly. I hope this assists.

Room Tip: Sea view essential, otherwise it's the car park

An excellent hotel all round supported by fantastic staff that go the extra mile to make everyone's holiday a happy one. Special mention to Andrea, the guest relations lady, who is always friendly, approachable and on-hand to help. She would certainly be a big loss to the hotel if she left at the end of the season.
Rooms are fairly standard but clean and the sea-views are well worth the extra cost. However, most are near the entertainment so could be noisy. Rooms at the end of the building away from the entertainment area suffer from the noise of the air-conditioning extractor even if the air-con in the room is turned off. This noise is present 24 hours per day but is worst overnight when everyone turns the system on. Beware!!
The buffet food is excellent quality and varied. Nice to be able to eat in the Red Room which is quieter and has a lovely ambience.
All the little extras really do make a difference e.g free in-room safe, water each day, wine and fruit on arrival and a free packed lunch for the journey home. The BBQ for Thomson guests was a really good night and an opportunity to chat to others guests.
The area putside the hotel is a little run down as many businesses have closed due the the recession but buses are frequent and cheap. Explore and you will be surprised at what you find.
I wish the hotel continued success.

We stayed this hotel from 22nd September for 2 weeks. On arrival we were given a very welcome glass of Champagne and were introduced to the Customer Relations and Catering Managers. It was obvious throughout out whole stay that the hotel really appreciate their British visitors and make every effort to make your holiday the best it can be.

Our room was very nice, all furnishings were of a high standard. We had a lovely view from our room of both the pool and the sea. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever used, the bedding was changed daily. The only drawback was the TV, there were only really news channels for English guests and the picture quality was often poor. We had a bottle of water replenished in our room daily and a fruit basket on arrival. In addition the toiletry selection was also replenished daily, which was a nice touch.

The main buffet restaurant was very nice, there was always plenty of tables to choose from. The food was of a high standard and the selection was varied. The A La Carte restaurant, the red room, was available to the Thomson guests to use and was a lovely area to eat your meal. Service was attentive, without being intrusive. All of the waiting staff were very friendly.

The pool and bar areas were very comfortable and well maintained. We found the entertainment very good. The bar service was again very good. The drinks were of a high standard.

Overall we had a wonderful holiday, made better by the commitment of the staff at this hotel to ensure a great holiday experience. The management obviously infuse this philosophy throughout the whole team. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only disappointment for us was the location, the area surrounding the hotel had obviously suffered the effects of the recent financial problems and there was a lack of shops and bars in the near vicinity. Although there was a good bus service to the old town, a 15 minute bus journey for 1.50 Euros. The old town is well worth a visit. The new marina is currently under construction and should further enhance the area once construction is completed.

Room Tip: Rooms iin the spa building are spacious, quiet and have great views.
