Spent 2 weeks at this excellent hotel, our first visit.
We had an upgraded room and for the first time in years we ddin't request a room change. Good size, comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Staff exceptionally good and the food very good with a wide choice.
We went to the beach each day and lunch at the Sands Taverna was great, althiough you had to be seated by 12.30pm as the all inclusive didn't operate between 12.30pm and 2.30pm, very odd. However, stacks of beds on the sand plus loads on the grass area.and a great bar and patio terrace. Just one moan, we had to pay €3 per day for the safe which we thought was tight especially for all inclusive. Overall a great relaxing holiday

Room Tip: 253 over looks the pool and has a sea view, nice and quiet with silent air conditioning

The hotel was very grand, very pleased with our spacious room and large comfy bed. Towels were changed regularly, pool towels were provided. All inclusive meant you could eat and drink most of the day! staff always friendly asking if you need another drink. The sands bar across the was good for a cool tropical drink during the day.I tried a seasalt scrub in the spa better done at the start of your holiday. The only downside was not much to do outside the hotel, we had a couple of short walks along the beach paths, and went in to limassol on the bus takes 30 mins but only 1 euro each way.

Room Tip: we upgraded to a superior sea view room it was on top floor, very clean comfy nicely decorated

On returning to this fabulous hotel, we were pleased to find it had been updated, but the quality of service and attention to detail remains the same. From the moment we arrived, the painless, easy check-in set the tone for the whole holiday. We upgraded to pool/seaview rooms and these were well worth the extra. Previously we had rooms overlooking the access road/car park which had been a bit noisy, so we didn't mind paying the extra for the seaview.
We were surprised by the amount of development opposite the hotel, between the road and the beach, but this masks a lovely promenade which if you go left, takes you right along to the Marina, where the cafe/restaurant at the end of the breakwater serves the most wonderful waffles! Go right and you get to a really lovely beach bar/cafe. The properties which have been built are a vast improvement on the scrubland that was there before (have a look on You Tube at the most expensive house in Cyprus which is directly opposite the hotel!).
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The cleaners work tirelessly, and the "Chocolate Fairy" often didn't leave until gone 10pm. (She came to the rooms and gave us chocolates every night.) The staff here are a real credit to the Atlantica organisation, friendly, personal, professional attention at all times. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble or effort for them. They really lift the hotel from being good to being extraordinary. Too many of them to mention really, which in one way is a shame, but in another just shows how good they are.
Leaving the best bit till last the food was wonderful, always being replenished in the buffet, such a good variety of dishes. House wine very drinkable! and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the a la carte restaurant with Dean and the boys.
We can't really pass comment on the entertainment as we were suitably shattered by all the walking too and from the waffles - so tended to sit in the bar listening to the piano, which was excellent.
Hiring a car was great way to explore, it was easy to find your way around. We booked with Thomson for the Famagusta trip which was a great, but long day. Well worth the money.
So all in all an excellent holiday, we came back relaxed, ready for the next holiday. (PS we stayed in April-May, but unfortunately work commitments have meant this is our first chance at writing a review|)
If you are looking for a lovely laid back time, you won't be disappointed here!

Room Tip: If you can go for a sea view room, it is worth the extra!

Just returned from a week stay at this hotel, the hotel is spotless and very well run.
The staff can not do enough for you. They are always asking if you need another drink even when you have just ordered one, this shows how they like to look after there customers.
I can not fault the food there is something for even the fussy eater.
You must try the A la carte restaurant the food is outstanding and well served.
Have been to Cyprus a few times and this hotel is one I will be returning to in the near future. The reps for Thomson are very friendly and helpful, there was a problem with us being picked up for the flight home but it was sorted by the rep (cant remember his name sorry ) we just managed to get our flight home. No hanging around at the airport !
Overall a great holiday.

Hotel is fantastic, food is delicious particularly the greek salads in the buffet. Would recommend the a la carte and the beach bbq as well.

The rooms were very modern, stylish and clean. The staff were friendly and always checking if we had enough to drink.

The only things I would change would be the entertainment, there needs to be a bit more variety, and the beach nearby isn't great, we travelled to Nissi beach near Ayia Napa for the day instead.

This was our first venture into all inclusive territory as we're a couple that are quite fussy food wise, and also enjoy restaurants but we got a good price for this hotel and it came highly recommended by family members who had visited the hotel on more than one occasion.

Upon our late arrival, initial thoughts were of a classy establishment and friendly staff with excellent English. We were offered water and a sandwich as the bar had closed (although daytime arrivals get a glass of fizz!) which was a nice touch.

We spent most days in the area above the beach for that extra breeze. There were plenty of loungers if you got there early enough, and the area was clean and well maintained. There is also a bar area and a snack bar serving good food. The pool area also looked quiet, clean and relaxing.

The restaurant itself was excellent. There was a wide arrange of choices per evening, and the food was replenished often. I don't recall a single occasion where I was hanging around looking for fresh food. Each night had a carvery and also a 'show case' area where a chef would be cooking up a different dish. each lunch and evening time. What also felt nice is that the restaurant felt like a restaurant, and not some sort of canteen. Maybe this was down to the 'couples only' theme of the hotel, but it was a pleasant atmosphere and we never ate out any evening.

The staff were also excellent too, in that they were very attentive without being annoying and over the top. They were happy to engage in a bit of humour too without being fake. I particularly enjoyed the fact that once you'd finished your food in the restaurant you wouldn't have to stare at your plate for 10 minutes.

The main acts on the entertainment were ok, but this was probably down to personal tastes as a lot of other people seemed to enjoy it. We were quite a lot younger than the majority of the other guests so this may also be a factor. However the resident band were absolutely terrible, and it was quite amusing watching people leave when they rounded the night off.

Overall I would probably return to the hotel if I wanted another relaxing and quiet week away from it all.

Room Tip: Obvious one but i'd ask to be as high up as possible.
