What can I say. Just returned from a 11 day stay here and all I can say is... "When can I go back," if you are thinking of going you will not be disappointed. It is clean, friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We were greeted with a glass of bubbly and cold towels to cool down. our cases were taken to our room which had a huge bed! There is not a lot to do or see outside the hotel but we were not botheredby this. The entertainment could be improved as the house duo Candy and Gordon do begin to get on your nerves a bit but other acts bought in were brilliant. Food excellent, cocktails great. Staff happy and polite and wait on you all day. Take advantage of your invite to the A La Carte restaurant it is superb. All in all FANTASTIC. Thank you :)

Room Tip: We had room 203 lovely view of pools and sea

If you want good food, good weather, good drinks, and good service this is the hotel for you.
Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for 12 days at the beginning of June and we had such a good holiday. With it being a couples hotel we did find the majority of couples staying at the hotel were older and we are only 20, but that didn't bother us, as everyone is there to just chill out.
Huge buffet every evening meant our plates were full of delicious food every breakfast, lunch and dinner, and in the bar on an evening our drinks were refilled continuously throughout the night. We didn't think much of the entertainment on an evening, one act was particularly bad, but it was nice enough to just sit on the comfy sofas in the reception bar areas. We preferred going to the beach everyday rather than the pool as there's more of a breeze from the sea but the pool was still lovely to sit around. We went to the Fasouri Waterpark on one of the days which was really fun and very quiet (although this was only because it wasn't school holidays). We felt the Thomson excursions were a bit pricey so didn't go on any trips but the reps Toni and Matt were very helpful on letting us know how to get around Limassol on the local buses. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and the kingsize bed was extremely comfy.
Cannot fault the staff on their attentiveness or politeness, one of the waitresses even learning our drinks order and room number to keep drinks flowing to us all evening!
Overall we had a fantastic holiday at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and excellent time away. Definitely recommend the all inclusive option and to stay here longer than a week, even our 12 day holiday was too short!! Would never usually return to a hotel once we've been once but we will definitely be visiting this hotel again!

Room Tip: The view from the non sea view rooms is just a load of houses so try to go for a sea view room altho...

This is a slightly lengthy review, so bear with us! This hotel is so close to getting 5*'s but there were a couple of issues which some people might need to know of.

The Hotel has an absolutely faultless check-in/check-out process - very fast, no porters hanging around expecting a tip, warm personal welcome/departure from the Front Desk.

The standard of cleanliness, and quality of furnishings/fittings, is absolutely 100%. We had a standard Twin Room but with a sea view - see first photo. This shows the balcony area, and below it the two pools. The Beach area is the other side of the main road (not visible really) and has good facilities and a pleasant sandy beach, with a very few rocks. The black/white trendy new building is an unused Russian oligarch's sea-side pad, yours for E28m !

The Room was excellent, as was the balcony - plenty of room for two chairs and a table, plus a really handy hanging/drying rack outside. The bathroom was well equipped (basin, WC, bath, power shower with two 'nozzles'), good range of free toiletries (but no flannels), but poor lighting and extraction if I am being fussy.

The main room had a free fridge, good air con, an electronic safe (E30 for our stay), but again slightly odd lighting - difficult to work out what switch did what (!), not good for make-up. The beds were comfortable but we felt them to be very hot, so just slept under a sheet..Good satellite TV which we hardly watched. There was also an extremely generous amount of storage space - we unpacked both big cases and still had spare space.

The food (we were AI) was generally extremely good, and breakfast was especially good, with an expert egg chef on hand. All meals were buffet style and the staff did well to keep every thing well stocked and presentable. Despite the wide range on offer, lunches and dinners did feel a bit 'samey' - salads, meat portions in sauces, same desserts and cheeses.

This highlighted one fundamental drawback with the hotel - being AI, as usual there were no local tavernas to visit for a change of scenery. It was perfectly possible to get a local bus into Limassol for only E1 single, but it isn't that attractive a place, so we didn't bother of an evening.

Every guest was treated to a free a La Carte dining experience, but very unusually (compared to feedback from other guests) we had a poor experience - no drinks offered for 20 mins, food was lacklustre, and my fillet steak was chewy - we also were not offered complimentary welcome drinks, coffee or petit fours, and even had to ask for bread rolls to go with the soup course. We did raise this complaint with our Thomson reps (Toni & Matt), but the hotel did not get around to answering our concerns before we left (Tuesday meal, Sunday departure) . This is very poor customer service.

The level of service and care we got from the Pool bar was exceptional, lead by Justyna and her team. They are an absolute credit to the hotel, as were all the evening bar staff (photo attached - Justyna right, her able deputy Sabina left)).

The entertainment of an evening was patchy to say the best. The resident duo (Intermission) were often good, but equally often were off-key. We had a few good visiting acts, but also some dire ones (no names mentioned!).

The Thomson reps were superb - cannot fault their service in any way. - We did two Thomson excursions - one a 4x4 Landrover trip around the Akamas area (a real eye-opener!), the other an evening boat-trip from Paphos wth superb live music, buffet, and firework display - not cheap at E300+ for the two of us but worth it in our view,

i would certainly recommend this hotel, despite our poor A la Carte experience. The only fundamental drawback is the isolated location - not an issue if you just want to stay at the hotel, or travel more widely by car/bus.

The clientele is exclusively adult couples, about 90% UK, 10% Russian I would guess.

Me and my boyfriend stayed from 01/06/2013-08/06/2013 half board and loved it! Here's why...

This is a Thomson couples hotel, which means no children!! Peace and quiet :) The beach is about 30 seconds from the hotel, over a road. There is a an underground passage from the pavement outside the hotel to the beach's gardens. The beach is small which is nice, it makes it more private but it's a public beach so not just for hotel guests. You don't get rowdy people though and hardly any kids whilst I was there. The sun loungers are free so just pick a spot you like.

The hotel...where do I start?! Beautiful from the moment we walked in. The lobby/reception area is big with a relaxed atmosphere. You're met by a porter who takes your luggage to your room for you. A small tip is appreciated but not necessary. You can enjoy a drink on some comfy couches in the bar area and if you have a late flight in, some sandwiches and a drink are provided free of charge from the hotel. The rooms are modernly decorated and lovely. Not huge but they don't need to be because there is no reason to be in them except to sleep, shower and get changed. The hotel maids keep them clean each day, changing the bedding and towels. The hotel has a tennis court which you give 10 euros to reception for and they give you the rackets and ball. When you come back, you get the 10 euros back. The pools are a really good size and not over crowded because people just sunbathe all day. Staff are always offering drinks and are so polite.

The hotel food I think is quite possibly the best food ever. We stayed half board so got a breakfast and evening meal. However, the hotel let you pick each day which you would like on your half board; your evening meal or lunch. We opted for evening meal. The hotel serves up a buffet each night with a different meat, plenty for vegetarians and a separate fish section. The amount of food to choose from is amazing, we stuffed ourselves silly! The restaurant service is spot on, they clear your table when your done in the blink of an eye. The food is lovely, you can't go wrong.

Limassol is lovely too. The hotel is a five minute drive from the town centre. We hired a car for five days and did some exploring. Highly recommended if you want to do some sight seeing. We booked ours through Thomson with Europcar but be careful you have to be 25 or over or your charged a 60 euro fee each for being under. Cyprus is great for driving, they drive on the same side of the road as us. We visited Lady Mile Beach (not all it's cracked up to be), Aprhodite's Rock (beautiful but windy), Ayia Napa (brilliant and not as full of youth groups as I thought) and Protaros (lovely little beach if you can find it, really secluded).

The reps were great, massive thanks to Matt and Toni for all the help and advise they gave us. They offer a great range of excursions. We did one; diving. They use Crest Diving Centre who send two members up on certain days to the hotel to a taster session in the ppol. We booked a to go out diving with them a couple of days later and wow what an experience! Unfortunatley I was a little scared to go again but my boyfriend did two more days and came home with an open water PADI licence.

Overall, a fantastic hotel and friendly staff. I would recommend without a doubt. The best holiday ever...so far :)

Room Tip: We stayed on the ground floor. Easy access to everything. Air con in all rooms although a tad noisy...
