The restaurant is situated on Tomb of the kings road, it has a very well presented outside area which is quite widespread so you don't feel like you're intruding on someone else's meal or conversation. The staff were attentive and looked after our table efficiently which included a toddler. We were given cold water melon soup as a free amuse bouche, this was very clean tasting you felt rehydrated after consumption. The food was well presented and arrived exactly as the menu had described it, I had the salmon two ways which was beautiful light and fresh, it was a perfect starter for a warm summers night. Our table had steaks and rack of lamb cooked medium rare, all dishes arrived cooked to perfection. I am very particular and the steak would have gone back to the kitchen if it had not been right. They were tasty and succulent and enhanced with a beautiful bottle of prosecco. The portions were not over sized but I think this is not a bad thing as I hate leaving food. It took a couple of hours to have the meal but it was well worth the wait. I would definitely return for round two.
