“Absolutely Perfect Villa, in the Perfect Location...Beautiful.”
Reviewed 5 June 2013 for a stay in May 2013

We have just spent a week in one of Andreas & Tinas Villas for our Honeymoon and it has been perfect. The villa is lovely, so spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool and bbq are ideal for lots of fun and allowing you to stay in some nights if you want to. Having a washing machine there was great, we brought back a case full of clean clothes for a change! The location of the villa was ideal for us, we enjoyed the short walk to the local bars/restaurants/shop and the bus stop was there for us to venture into paphos town for €1. There are also a few busier strips of bars and restaurants along the bus root which were all great. The beach was a beautiful walk away along the rocks, amazing views along the way. The beach itself is so clean and has everything you need whether you want to relax or have some activity days with the water sports, Andreas & Tina are the most welcoming and lovely people. Organising our taxi transfers, and even taking us to the supermarket, we knew they were there if we needed them for anything at all. We recommend going on the cruise ship day outs from Paphos, we went on the Ocean Flyer for 4 hours and it was amazing. All drinks and food were included with entertainment on board. It was a fantastic day out. This was our first visit to Cyprus but we will definately be regular visitors to Andreas and Tina from now on. We can't wait to bring the kids with us next time and we will be recommending Sea Point Villas to all of our family and friends.

“Home from home but with sun and relaxation”
Reviewed 19 May 2013 for a stay in May 2013

On arrival we were greeted by the owner, made to feel welcome and given information about the villa and surrounding area. He then told us to knock at his door if we had any problems (we never needed to do that).
On entering the villa we were delighted with how clean, spacious but well equipped it all was. The welcome package was a lovely touch too.
Beautifully located with a view of the sea, surrounding countryside and the hills in the distance and in walking distance to the sea down a rough track. No beach but rugged rocks and views.
Within walking distance to a nearby resort where you were made welcome and encouraged to use all their facilities, including a small shop, gym, restaurant among others. We had a car so did most of our shopping in the local cash and carry which was only a couple of miles away. The big, frenetic, 'tourist strip' was 2 to 3 miles away and loaded down with restaurants, tourist shops and always seemed to be busy.
We loved the peace and quiet on the days we stayed at the villa, laying out by the pool, eating under the balcony , sitting up on the balcony to catch the last of the evening sun, sitting indoors listening to the evening insects or local toad population.
The only thing that lets the villas down is totally out of the owners control and that is the unfinished buildings behind them. These slightly bring down the tone of the place but there is no work going on and because they are unfinished there is no one overlooking the gardens of the villas we were staying at.
My husband and I had a great stay there in this spacious, clean and fully equipped villa and we will definitely be going back to stay there next year. A definite recommendation to our friends and family too.

Liked best: The peace and quiet, views and the clean spacious layout of the villa
Liked least: The unfinished properties just behind but that was out of the control of the owner of our villa and had the upside of not having guests overlooking our garden

“Fantastic place, clean, spacious, nice pool and great location”
Reviewed 4 April 2013 for a stay in March 2013

We have now stayed in the Sea Point Villas for the second year and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa is clean and spacious. The hosts are everr so freindly and caring. The location is excellent ... Outside of the main commercial centre yet close enoungh so nowhere seams far away. Thanks again for a great stay and we will be back. A small room for improvement is the wifi... Perhaps a stronger router would be worth investing into... Especially if you travel with teenagers like we do... They need their online time ;-) Other than that ... EXCELLENT!

“Its just beautiful”
Reviewed 3 April 2013 for a stay in April 2013

We stayed here the second consecutive time for our easter holidays. We love it. It's just 2 minutes from the beach and you can drive with the car to every spot you want, Pahos is just about 5 minutes away and the culinary highlight of cyprus Kathikas is just 10 minutes away. The rooms are clean, and the fridge is filled with some food when you arrive. You alos have some Fruits and Cornflakes. The host ist very very friendly. You can ask him for the Internet key so you can surf in the internet too. All in all i think we will return next year.

“Great place to have whatever type of holiday you want to make it - quiet, active or exploring”
Reviewed 12 September 2012 for a stay in August 2012

We stayed in Villa Anastasia for two weeks at the end of August/beginning of September in a group of my wife and I and our 2 year old daughter, plus an 8 year old niece and a mother-in-law.
The villa is great and well equipped and had everything to make our holiday enjoyable - any small problem which popped up was not a problem for Andreas and Tina -- and our kids and their kids also found a 'common-language' - even if they didn't all speak the same language! Somehow, English, Russian and Greek all resulted in a message being conveyed!
We had a car, which we used extensively because we wanted to travel around the western end of the island - there are many great places within easy 15-45 minutes reach. But, if you don't want to explore beyond Coral Bay, then walking or buses are also easy options and there are plenty of good restaurants in Coral Bay or even closer, if Paphos is too far (at less than 15km, Paphos is not really far).
The villas are far enough away from the bustle of Coral Bay to be private, but close enough to be convenient, if you want - they can be whatever you want to make them.
We would certainly recommend these villas (and Andreas and Tina) to other people and we will be happy to return there when we have the next chance!

“Excellent villas”
Reviewed 26 July 2012 for a stay in July 2012

We've just returned from Villa Anastasia which is one of 6 properties listed as Seapoint Villas, Coral Bay. The villa was perfect. Excellent air conditioning which is vital for July. Fully fitted kitchen. Good quality lounge & bedroom furniture. None of the usual badly sprung bedding and worn out lounge equipment. Although we went out most evenings it truly was a home from home.
The complex which contains the villas is a little out of the way if you intend to socialise in Paphos or Coral Bay in the evening as it is not directly on the bus route therefore this for us was probably the only negative we had. We hired a car for a few days but if you intend to have a meal with drinks you obviously cannot drive back to the villa.
The owner Andreas & his family & staff all stay in the complex therefore never any trouble. Plus if you need their help they are there. We were fortunate that we had no crisis to deal with but I'm sure if needed they would be happy to take good care of any problems you have.
Coral Bay is lovely little area. Two main streets with bars & restaurants. Because the villas are a little off the beaten track it means you have the tranquility when you need it.
All in all we had a terrific holiday. I'll write some separate reviews for some establishments we visited but quick reference now to the staff at Zentas Bar (very helpful & to anybody interested they serve the best pint in Coral Bay. Samisen for Japanese. Visited last year & only criticism is service a little slow and this was probably because they were so busy. Rio Grande for mexican style - staff entertaining and very attentive. We also enjoyed good old fish & chips from Santa Marina so no complaints there. If you want to party a little later Millenium Gold, Kleos & Blazing Saddles all very enjoyable.
If I can advise anybody on any specific detail dont hesitate to drop me a line.
Thanks again Andreas !

“Lovely villa, friendly management, great family holiday!”
Reviewed 18 April 2012 for a stay in April 2012

We found the manager to be friendly with lots of good advice for the local area. Happy to set up a travel cot at 1am for us on arrival and able to provide a booster when internet signal was not strong enough. Really enjoyed eating in coral bay, la vigna is highly recommended as is Tex Mex across the road. Try Atlas travel in Coral Bay for quad bike safari - half the price of others and fantastic fun for my husband and older son.
