we were 3 peolpe eating there and we all thought that the food was excellent. try the filled chicken-breast with spinach and sourcream or the pan-halloumi as a starter.
the service was really good, too and the waitress was funny and friendly.

a perfect place to have a taste of the best cypriot cousine, especially the seafood. the staff is very friendly and going over their head to please each and every one of the customers. the food is way beyound what you wold expect from a typical tourist tavern. the prices are more than fare. overall a great experience. a small drawback though was the meat souvlaki (chiken and pork), the meat was way to dry, nevertheless i do not blame the restaurant, I think it's just the way they used to prepare meat in cyprus. bottom line stick to the seafood and the cooked meat (not grill) and you will not be dissapointed.

On the tomb of the kings road, this place was a fantastic find. We were only in Paphos for a week early April 2013, so we said we would eat somewhere different every night. However, we had to return to this one. This is a traditional Greek/Cypriot restaurant, not like the others with their tourist appeals. The food was wonderful and very reasonably priced. My husband had the sea food grill both nights as it was so good. I had the lamb kleftiko first time and the meat mixed grill, on the second visit. Both were excellent. The helpings are large, even for our big appetites, and so we didn't sample the desserts.
The atmosphere is lovely and all the clients, when we were there, had made an effort for the evening - no shorts and beach wear - one of my pet hates on holiday (take a shower before you eat!). The waitresses were so friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to see us when we returned. They also didn't need to have anyone outside trying to "persuade" you to come in like most others did.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting a true taste and atmosphere of Cyprus, not fish and chips or maccie D (You should never go abroad if that's all you want.)
It's only down side is the road it's on, very busy and noisy - shame it's not near the harbour.

Thank Kimeuk

The best meal we have had in Paphos. Amazing food and service. Starters of Calamari, bruschetta with tomato and feta and garlic bread are to be recommended. For mains we had the mixed grill which was wonderful and the fish platter which was exceptional. We really had no room for a sweet but were persuaded to try the home-made baklava - honestly this was to die for - PLEASE DO NOT MISS OUT! 2 litres of wine and all this was less than 60 euro for. The waitresses were so pleasant and the atmosphere was lovely. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a fantastic meal at amazing value for money. Wish they were in our village!!!!
